They Don’t put all the toppings. It has happened 4 th time in a row. Every time something is missing.Very poor service!! The store manager Veronica doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Accused us for asking for a bag of chips when there was a promotion displayed on the store. For today, we called them back and she treated us so terribly. I guess they should get training from @chrysler Driver Burrito boys for how to make a burrito.Owners should see for themselves. A BIG NO FOR THIS STORE LOCATION. A big Zero for this store.

Cannot believe I paid 40$ for 2 burrito bowls with extra chicken to receive the same amount of chicken as I would without adding extra. This is the only location that ever does this. It’s disappointing and a waste of money.

Had to ask for extra in every single veggie as the lady was putting really small amount. After a while it got embarrassing and ended up with very little melted cheese on my nacho cheese.Would bot recommend this location.Instead the one on Steeles and Hurontario.I hope read the previous reviews on this location.

Why there isn't ZERO start available!!!Lately I've been ordering nacho beans with cheese from this location many times. And I'm not happy with the beans quantity they are adding. Last time I asked for more and they said that will cost extra. Today also I noticed that the beans quantity is really very small. I didn't ask for extra but I reminded them to bring it to owner's attention.I suggest that the franchise department should arrange for a surprise anonymous visit, I.e. send someone as a customer and confirm that whether they are giving proper quantities.I've decided not to go to this location anymore and giving poor review. So that other customers also know this.

I see that I posted here two years ago about generous portions and wonderful staff, but understaffing. So, now, we have been getting burritos for take out fairly regularly, one large for my husband and one small for me.The staff are wonderful, efficient and fast. They work so hard. HOWEVER, this is not a staff issue, but perhaps an issue of ownership, did you know that the amount of beans and toppings on a small and large are THE SAME??? The only thing that changes is the amount of rice they put on!We will both be ordering small ones from now on, or perhaps even going to a different location. They are not so generous with the toppings anymore!

I ordered take out and my box was only half full. They are trying to cheap out in filling the container to their minimum standard. Also, my burrito bowl was cold.

My first time eating a burrito! I ordered a small chicken burrito with chipotle, sour cream, burrito sauce, and whatever veggies they had.I have the gene that makes cilantro taste like soap and cilantro is completely separate from the other ingredients!! Amazing news for me!The staff were great at explaining how everything works and were very patient. I also noticed that the kitchen is exceptionally clean which is always great to see

Bad Customer service. I ordered a veggie bowl. The lady barely put any beans in my bowl, just the gravy. When I asked for more she said it's gonna cost extra. Then I hadn't even finished putting my toppings when she filled my bowl with sauce without even asking. I already told the lady who took my order that I want very very little sauce just like 1 line, but the lady who made it just poured in the sauce.

I ordered vegies nacho but quality of the food is very bad. It happened 2 times in just last 3 months. Previous owner was good and provide better quality food and services. Current order should learn and provide better food quality and services. BIG NO to this STORE.

Bad service they forgot to add sauces nd didn’t make new one… instead of making new one they give me onside sause which is totally useless in burrito…holly bad guys.Then I got new one with pay another 13.13$Girl name :v patel
