This is my second review of the good folks at North Bay Hydro Services, now operating as Your Home Services. We needed a new furnace as we had no heat and it was -20 ºC outside! Michael and his team not only got us a new furnace very quickly, they installed it professionally, as scheduled and being super respectful of our home. The new furnace was about $1,000 less than a competitive quote we received. I no longer call around. I've already asked Your Home Services to get us a new heat pump in Spring simply because they are trustworthy. Thanks guys!!!!North Bay Hydro just installed a new water heater for us and we couldn't be happier. Michael and his team made the paperwork super simple...ok, non-existent. The installer called well in advance, arranged a specific time and showed up right on time! (Bell, are you listening?). They lined the floor to make sure there was no mess, were super courteous (yes, wearing their masks without being asked) and did an excellent job. Need a new water heater? Great service!!! Chad and Al came to our house, replaced our hot water tank, and were gone within 2 hours of our calling in. Outstanding!

Michael at the office was incredibly responsive, and professional regarding my Rinnai furnace issue. Justin the technician was knowledgable, efficient, and professional, he got my furnace up and running in no time. So nice to have a service organization that knows what they're doing and understands that its great customer service and quality that differentiates. Great service 24/7. From plumbing issues , hot water tank or tankless replacement or electrical issues they are quick to resolve any issue. Highly recommended. Installed a tankless hot water system with less then 2 hours notice. Otherwise tenants would have been without hot water. On a long weekend sent out a crew to resolve a blockage in a residential sewer drain with 1 hours notice.

I called in the morning about a leaking water tank, and by 2:00 pm Chad (installer/technician) had the old one out, plumbed better, and the new one in! Very professional, courteous and it shows that he cares about the work he does. Thanks Chad!
