Just had a bed delivered. The men who delivered it were amazing. The man who sold it to me in Belleville was great as well. We bought a headboard to go with the bed...no instructions worth using. Called the store and they don't help with putting together headboard to the beds. Worst nightmare ever. DON'T BUY A HEADBOARD FROM THEM EVER. Terrible service for anyone looking for help. If you were on your own you would never get it together.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a mattress for my daughter. The staff were friendly and answered all of my questions. Mostly it didn't feel like they were out to get you, the warenty was good with minimal conditions, delivery free in Belleville and they threw in a free mattress cover! Last mattress I bought was from the brick and have been trying to get a warnty replacement and it's been nothing but hassles.

Worse worse worse experience. Sales representative in Belleville quit by putting wrong order for us. When we refuse to accept it on delivery. They deducted some amount and promised refund. Called first week of February said cheque is sent to us. Never received the cheque. Calling them back and forth the reply is person is not here today who deals with this issue.

I've been dealing with Mattress Mart for years and always happy with their services. They understand Customer Service and always go above and beyond. Their prices are very competitive.

I had a great experience here. Came in looking for some new pillows as I had been waking up with a sore neck for some time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Tiffanie was very helpful in finding myself and my husband new pillows. We are so happy with our new pillows and my neck is thanking me.

Worse and inappropriate experience provide by sales representative and her manager in belleville. They provide me wrong information for selling her product. I don't know she did intentionally or lake of training in the store level but as per her wording look like I did mistake buy the stuff from her outlet.She told me we have return policy of 30 days if no stain in their you can bring it back within 30 days and exchange policy 90 days. I called her after 5 days for use return policy.She refused for return and said we can't provide the refund it's against our policy I know I'm employee provide you wrong information but we can't provide you refund because is mistake by employee company can't change policy if sales representative provide wrong information. Her employee accepted she did mistake but still argument with me about not provide you refund her manager not be interested to solve my problem and she didn't understand of feeling of the customer if customer buy her store stuff after provide the information by her employee and I spend 600$. She told me very angry voice my boss will call you.I am also working as a manager and handle customer service. We purchased a mattress for the second time. When we found the cheaper one, we were being told we can't return because the mattress was not in the box. Instead, they took a step a head to show their customer relations and refunded the difference back. Thank you for the amazing service and understanding us.
