I was there at 6 pm today and i was in line. I had very bad experience with the cashier as she was really rude and extremely unprofessional. I will not go there or recommend anyone to go there as i was totally shocked by poor customer service later on the other cashier took over her seeing her behaviour but literally that experience was so traumatising like how can one not know basic manners and etiquette of how to talk to customers…too baddddd.

I was there at 6:10. I just had very bad experience with a cashier. She was very arrogant and very mean. Clearly she is not knowing the meaning of customer service.later on the boy came and took over her however she was RUDE. I will never go there again due to pathetic experience i had with that stupid girl.I just can go over and over again regarding her bad behaviour. She need to learn the importance of her job. Stupid customer service

Food Basics is an average store for grocery shopping. In this particular location you can buy some great products from India as well. Good location good parking

It's a huge Food Basics with well stocked up aisles. They have pretty good deals almost always. As you enter, you can see the weekly deal items. Its bigger than many other Food Basics. Lots of south east Asian products to choose from. Fruits and veggies are quite fresh with good prices. The staff is nice too. Always had a good experience at this Food Basics.

I come here frequently and I’m extremely disappointed in the way I’m treated by this one worker at self checkout. Every time I go there she treats me horrible, extremely sassy and has the worse attitude ever. She makes me cancel items from produce and rewrite it in the self checkout with numbers. She’s of no assistance and is a huge nuisance. I never asked for her help but she’s comes up to me to tell me I have to scan something, I’m already scanning. Action must be taken about her. To describe her, she’s a black female with black hair and green tips. She’s always at self checkout and I hate coming here because of her. I’m telling everyone in this neighborhood not to go here and watch out for her attitude on a neighborhood site. I need someone to contact me about her this is not right. I’ve seen her be like this to several people including family. Why hasn’t she been fired?

Easy to shop in this Supermarket. Aisles are not crowded.Self checkouts works great.

I was in line to buy lottery tickets, the girl told me I had to go over here to the other register and then she proceeded to serve somebody else next in line.
