Seton Medical Clinic: Family Medicine & Walk-in

This is a very good walk in clinic. However, I do have an objection on the slide show that run for art, why the art has to be so explicit where kids and people from different walk of life visits. This is a clinic not a art gallery where it should be necessary to display exotic art work with naked people.

I’m just grateful for the staff and doctors of this clinic. As a parent I have so many concerns for my kids. Whilst other clinic or doctor tells me to wait and see, the doctors I met here they listen to my concern and eventually giving me something to hope for or answer to my concerns. And to be honest the doctors intervention made my kid better.

We have been a Seton medical Center patient since the beginning of this clinic. Dr. Brian Kim our family doctor has been treating my family with utmost care. He is not only an Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, Sober, approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless services. Always amazing treatment. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values.I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. I've managed to get in to be seen within a timely manner even without an appointment.Dr. Brian Kim is Extremely knowledgable and so approachable

Sadly there was a rude Pilipino receptionist made me just regret my decision to walk into that place and changed it to another clinic right away. Please teach your staff not to threaten patients (costumers) If ever they miss an appointment unintentionally. You'll loose people's interest and your business by being rude and confrontational.

Seton Medical clinic is all around exceptional! The doctors are all very collaborative and patient centered. I always see Dr Kim, he is so professional and helping for my health concern and giving me a best support and advice.I don't have much problem for getting an appointment with this clinic when I advance to book. As walk in, there is a little bit of waiting depends on the day, but every clinic had encountered this problem due to patient volume versus number of doctors. However, doctors and staff in this clinic do their best effort to care patients no matter how they are busy. I feel always grateful to come see Dr Kim, and I leave this clinic with 100% of satisfaction.The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The atmosphere is very inviting, modern and clean. Pharmacy is located just beside of this clinic, convenient to fill the prescription. The parking is great as well. I can't recommend enough this clinic to anyone who is looking for best patient care.

My experience with Dr. Siamak Honardar was rather so unpleasant. Right from the beginning he delivered a feeling that he's in haste and run and I'm just an extra element occupying his time. Sadly he's totally unapproachable. I believe a supervisor should address this concern to him straightforwardly.

came in for walk in to get my right tonsil check waited for an hour which is fine, then saw Dr Lam. Literally didn’t do anything he just said you sound awful took a swab then done. Didn’t even bother checking what was wrong with my throat.

I highly recommend Dr. Derek Wang. I’ve had bad experiences with walk ins and family physicians. Some of the doctors given me wrong medical information or don’t even bother order extended testing or even wrong diagnoses. Dr. Wang always have been very thorough and helpful. Excellent bedside manner also knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied with every appointment I’ve had with him!

I used to love going to doctor ejaz as he is a good doctor. However, now I'm almost considering looking for a new family doctor. They never send me reminders for my appointments. Appointments need to be booked weeks in advance, and sometimes my needs are urgent, and they say the office opens at 8am but yet when I phone it still says it's closed. I am very sad as he has been my doctor for almost 10 years.

I can’t believe how wonderful my experience is here. Yes there may be a wait time, but Dr. Cullingham is so caring and thorough I feel so well take care of. She has done so much for my family. The front staff are also so kind and patient! Thank you!
