I was interest in starting account with this company so I called the 1800 number, I was talking with a CSR named Chelsey and found out that I can get my supplies much cheaper from everywhere else, although they do have same day delivery, which made me change my mind, but the CSR was so rude that I ended up not making an account and that's enough for me to NEVER reccomend this company to anyone. I dont know if it was my lack of English or accent but I have never been talked to like that over the phone ever. I will continues to buy from supreme.

I have now been employed with HBI for about 18 months. I just have to say that this Company is the best place I have ever worked in over 45 years in the working world. The Company's strength lies with Jay who is the new owner. With his dedication towards making HBI the best place to work, I am surrounded by an exceptional team of fellow employees. Terrible place to work,. They don't care at all about employees and force employees to ride in vehicles with only 2 seats in the front of the vehicle while making a 3rd employee squat in the middle of the seats without a seat or a seat belt or make them ride in the back of their delivery trucks without seats, seat belts. The employee could easily be killed if they were in an accident by flying through the windshield. They go through employees like they are a dime a dozen. No respect, no communication.

Felt pressured to buy a more expensive chair than the one I liked, and it turned out the expensive one hurt my back. The follow up with pricing for my department required two follow ups by me to obtain. Arranging delivery was poor. They didn't reply to the email requesting a date and time, then would drop by unexpectedly with all the equipment when I wasn't there, and email after, then not reply to my response again, and the cycle would start anew. I would not go through HBI again unless a large organization were facilitating it for all staff.

Worked here for over 18 months. Never asked for a raise, worked hard everyday. Asked for help because I was overwhelmed. Fired because I have a bad attitude. I wasn't even scrapping by working here. It took me getting Fired from this joke of a place to finally thrive.Do not work here
