I have been working with Advocis for the better part of a decade now and they've always been very helpful. One thing I've noticed that really stands out is their communications. Most institutions these days have 3 or 4 hurtles to clear before you actually talk to someone on the phone. Advocis Reps are available right away.

Terrible experience every time. Had to update my insurance earlier this year, called multiple times and was told to expect a call back from a broker before a certain time, but never received any calls back.When renewing the policy recently, I had some questions regarding the cyber security coverage, I called and was told she is not a broker but she will get a broker to call me back latest next business day. Never received a call back after waiting for a week. I'm done with the waiting game and renewed my E&O thorough the online system, but did not receive the updated certificate. I called and asked how to access my new E&O certificate and told the broker Isabel my most recent experience and she was rude about it and not even letting me finish my sentence. Based on my past experience with them I have to ask her how long it will take to receive a response this time, she kept repeating she cannot guarantee other people's words she can only represent herself. I had to tell her that I was referring to how long it will take to receive a response this time, she yelled today today.... I don't appreciate how my time was wasted every time and how belittled I was treated.

I have been with Advocis now for 2 years, never missed a premium or had a claim. Trying to renew my E&O policy, total nightmare.I have been pro-active and contacted them 4 weeks in advance, I have waited all this time for the quote which finally arrived and now I have to wait some more for the payment link.We have responsibilities also to be insured correctly.Totally unacceptable service, receptionist also keep giving you the same story. There system are down, you are in a queueing system.

Always found Advocis Broker Services to be amazingly helpful, in the past, but something has happened, this year. No matter how you try to contact them (telephone, email, chat), nobody EVER responds. I am going to have to try to find another Broker because my E&O is going to expire before anyone even bothers to return my messages. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Very ridiculous organization. Frustrating clients. They never respond to emails and they don't take calls. They are so unreliable and terrible.
