Hate doing these things so they needed 2 cleanersSo had a friend with lots of cleaning Experience they told us they would call in a few days it never happened they kept on leading her on she was the best so far they will call her to come to work no phone call no courtesy weather what a company

You will not get your money's worth from these people. They do bare minimum of work to just get by very low standards.

I have saw their job. They are sending a person in the building every Saturday and Sunday who can’t speak English and is not permanent resident. Also on weekdays too they hire people who are not legal to work in Canada and it’s not professional to do that.The lady who work on weekdays is not good because she doesn’t know how to to a simple mopping. Many time I was going to slipp because she make the floor too wet. Also she doesn’t speak English. I have tried to tell her what she should do but she doesn’t understand.In the other hand the person who works on weekends, is not allowed to work legally.They should take these problems seriously. The customer need to know the person who goes to their house. And when Dean doesn’t know , how do the customer would know?

Outstanding customer service and timely response. Cleaned 2 of our houses with 4 rooms carpeted and they did an absolutely fabulous job. We also found the staff very knowledgable throughout the entire process.
