They always miss some items from your order. So while you get missing stuff your food gets cold.They cannot handle food orders properly when the crowd ID big. Always miss items or have them wrong. They do replace the wrong items but you have to wait for it, which is bad.

There's no standard of the volume of fries and vanilla ice cream cone. Different staff gives you different amounts. Big difference.-----More friendly staff today. Keep it up.-----05/21. Adding 2 stars. Very friendly, gentle and nice, the female manager Sandra, to customers and also helped the young boy to bring hot coffee to his table with family.-----Ordered ahead of time. Arrived and there were more than 10 customers inside.Saw my order number in progress. Waiting. All of a sudden, tons of order number, including mine, disappeared and not under Now serving.Asked a staff, ignored me. Asked the supervisor, she said it's coming. I saw my order number with my order of mcflurry right there. I asked if she did not mind to pass to me. She ignored me.Totally unresponsive and unreasonable. This is the worst ever experience.I do mot recommend this location.--------There's only regular coffee at this location.--------Curbside pickup via some nice staff.Had a few times with pickup from counter, waited much longer with some supervisor(s) concentrated on drive thru only; some supervisor was good enough to handle both and made the service much smoother.It really depends on how lucky you are.

Service has been acceptable until recently. Not sure if due to a change in the crew.Multiple occasions during busy times in the last few weeks where service was atrocious.1. Waiting for an order of 3 iced coffees for over 20 minutes during 7PM rush. Staff dragging their feet, being unwilling to assist in other areas when asked. There were a number of drink orders including mine that were not made for about 10 minutes, with a few orders that were already made. Once made, my order sat there for another 10 minutes. Orders piled up at the counter all the while. One of the supervisors looked to running ragged making up for the rest of the crew and was extremely polite and apologetic about the delay.2. Order of 1 iced coffee. None of the orders were even appearing on the board. Saw the employee look at my order and proceeded to call another one. Asked them directly and they asked what my order was. Its common knowledge that orders are removed off the board before they are even served to make metrics look better, but to not even know what's in the order? Unacceptable

This McDonald's does not serve McCafe drinks.The cleanliness inside varies depending on the time of day, and it can get quite littered at night.The car wash line is poorly laid out and often blocks surrounding traffic in the mall.

Drive Thru is often crowded, and the service is pretty slow. Orders often are not correct. Dining experience is ok but not the greatest.

Pretty good location, a little crowded.Service could use a little improvement. They remove order numbers from the board, then forget to actually deliver the order. I was waiting in the restaurant for 15 minutes. I have to ask what happened to the order, and then they started working on it. This happened the first time with mobile orders.

2023 February 3★Any time after 9, this McDonald's can get very busy. Generally has a drive though line up. Few free parking spots close by.It's in a prime location. Close to downtown Markham, close to many lined condos and in a plaza that offers other anchor stores.Sausage Muffin was fine, tasted as good as expected.
