So let’s start with the positives… the server was so sweet and very attentive! The atmosphere was nice the restaurant was clean. Now for the negatives. The food…..that was not good at all. Fluffy taco with chicken was pretty bad, it looked like canned chicken. The ground beef in the fat Alberto was flavorless and sort of made my stomach hurt. The drinks were alright a little on the sweet side but not bad. Overall the staff seems nice and good at their job. But I definitely won’t come back because that food was honestly really bad.

Good was bland...not bad just bland...but the service is horrible. Not one smile or short conversation. Here's your food here's your ticket. This is my 2nd time in this place...it's beautiful and the food isn't bad but man could the personality of the staff need an overhaul.

Honestly, you're better off going somewhere else. 8 bucks for tiny frozen jalapeño poppers. Not worth the gas it takes to drive to the restaurant". It's really just the bar

My son and I traveled to Great Falls to eat at El. I had worked with some girls who were Great Falls and they said that whenever they were home they would go there to eat a Fat Alberto. In speaking with work contacts from Great Falls the fluffy taco was also recommended. The service was good and quick. The fat alberto was greasy but as I ate it I really got to like it. The fluffy taco was good. My son preferred the Fluffy Taco.

Food was very good, decorating was nice throughout. But all 3 waitresses were very close to being plain old RUDE!One brought menus, tossed them on the table, and said our waitress would be by shortly.The second, about 7 or 8 minutes later, brought a tiny bowl of chips with some salsa and also said our waitress would be by shortly.Another 7 or 8 minutes passed with all 3 waitresses going by several times, before the third waitress stopped to take our order.A 4th server finally brought our food after over 40 minutes sitting there, and naturally it was not exactly as ordered.I don't know if they were all just mad at each other or what, but it was no way to deal with customers at all!I won't be back!

Paid $16.00 for 1 Fat Alberto and 1 Fluffy Taco and bag of chips and no sauce! Melted the Styrofoam container microwaving Fat Alberto! Probably the next restaurant to close down in Great Falls... Sad.. Used to be so good! Maybe the Casino will help keep it open so everyone can have some Styrofoam melted to their food! Get out yer wallet though!

I'm really on the fence. I thought the food was just average, my kid loved it. I didn't understand the salsa situation. They bring you chips and salsa but there is an additional salsa on the table you can mix to make a spicier salsa. The food is very cumin forward, so expect that flavor. They are known for their puffy tacos so maybe next time I'll try that. The service was a 10 and our food came out extremely fast. The atmosphere was open and friendly.

Place was plenty busy. The service was better than usual. The food was not as good as we expected. It was made a little different than other Mexican restaurants we go to. The refried beans were on the dry side and still had many whole beans in it. My husband didn't care for it that much. And my husband is Latino. I was surprised that what they called their Chulupa looked very much like a Tostada. The presentation was nice. Their rice is more flavorful than most I have tasted. Their sauce in the bottle was good..it was tangy and had just the right amount of heat. I was surprised when I went to move my plate and it was dirty almost all the way around the rim on the outside.

Went out for a nice family dinner. Great service. A wide variety of choices. Taco patties are made fresh daily and really soft and fluffy. I had a fat Alberto too. Kind of like a fry bread. Nice spicy hot sauce also. Free chips and salsa dip to start out.
