Beth was absolutely wonderful. At the wedding, so many of our guests commented how great she was and we couldn't agree more. We had a small, micro wedding and designed the experience to be warm, inviting and friendly and Beth helped make that happen.

Beth officiated my now husband and I’s wedding this summer and we are so happy to have found her! Beth really took the time to get to know my husband and I, and incorporated this into our ceremony, making the whole ceremony very unique and personal to us. She was absolutely lovely to work with throughout the planning process and on the wedding day! Not only did we love how she performed the ceremony, but our guests did too. We received so many compliments on our ceremony and several of our guests actually thought Beth had known us for years, simply based on how personal she made our ceremony. I would highly recommend Beth Charles to anyone looking for a wedding officiant!

............ Where to start, Beth made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process of our Wedding Ceremony. We had originally planned a larger wedding last year and then covid hit. Beth managed to change the ceremony to accommodate us during these trying times.She spends the time getting to know both of us, looking for anecdotes and history of our relationship before conducting the ceremony.She had put so much time and energy into planning our ceremony to be unique and special for us.The fact that she found a particular phrase/reading that captured our love for each other made our special day, even more special.I cannot say thank you enough to Beth for truly making our day memorable and special..............Bill and Odette

We really enjoyed our zoom calls with Beth because it felt like we were chatting with a dear friend! We love how thoughtful and unique she made our ceremony. Had a great experience with Beth. As we have our whole family in India , we just had Civil marriage in Canada, but Beth made the whole experience so special and seamless. She did her best to make us feel comfortable during the process. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I gave 3 stars but I really think maybe 2.5 was a better representation of how I feel. Even 7 months later I am still uneasy and irritated by the way we were forgotten about for our wedding day by Beth. I believe that’s the reason I have never heard from her again after telling me she would be in touch for a review 1 min after our ceremony before she sped out of there to get to her next wedding. About 1.5-2 years before our wedding I contacted a few officiants and spoke to a few and had a great connection with Beth. We sent her the deposit within a few days of our call. So excited to start our wedding planning journey. She let us know she would be in contact about 6 months before our wedding to plan everything for the ceremony. I emailed her several times getting closer to our date to which she always replied that she would be in contact soon! About 1 month before our wedding. I was getting very nervous and I had still not heard from her. I emailed again to which she admitted she had forgotten about us and wasn’t aware of any details of date time or if we had sent a deposit etc. I took screenshots of all the emails and the etransfer for the deposit and sent those to her. She then admitted she booked another wedding for the same date about an hour apart. She said she could still do it, which obviously would be the fairest option since I had booked her so far in advance. She then booked a zoom call to plan with us which was fine as she was in another province visiting family. We got on the zoom call to which she invited her granddaughter to sit in on, which was fine but quite uncomfortable honestly. Anyway wedding day comes along she shows up, then proceeds to come and speak with me and let me know that we cannot run behind not even by a minute because she has another wedding to get to, to which I replied “if it’s running late because we arent ready yet, then it will” might have been rude, but I was a bride very nervous to walk out to my new husband in less than 10 minutes, don’t bring stress to me. I am stressed about. The ceremony was great she did a good job, we were happy with that part, but I just felt blind sighted by the audacity as she’s running out of the property to come over and tell me she will be contacting me soon for a review. Seemed pretty unprofessional considering her shirt falls in the months leading up. I have been waiting for the day she reaches out for the review, which has never come, so here I am with my review. Sorry for the long one, and I will also be changing my review to 2 stars at this point after typing this out and reliving the anxiety of it all.

Dave and I were married this past Saturday July 8. Beth tailored our ceremony to our wishes and personalities and made our day very special. She was very organized and prepared and left us with nothing to do or worry about. She took care of everything. Thank you Beth for making our day so special!

My now wife and I got married August 2021, and we trusted in Beth Charles to be our officiant. We are so happy with our experience with Beth, from start to finish. We immediately felt comfortable with Beth, who spent a number of zoom calls through the pandemic to get to know us as individuals and as a couple in advance of our day. By the end of it, we were so glad that Beth was willing to stay and have a cocktail with us after the ceremony. We were so impressed at how well Beth understood us as a couple and how we wanted the ceremony to proceed. We felt so comfortable during the ceremony, and that was in large part to Beth's calm and welcoming demeanor. Several of our guests commented on how personal of a ceremony we had, and this is in large part to Beth. We had a wonderful experience, the memories of which will be with us forever. We would highly recommend Beth to anyone.
