It just took a party of 4 with carts over 3 hours to play 9 holes. The staff informed us tht it was normal and tht it was a good time. When I asked for a partial refund I was denied and informed tht they do not do cash/visa/debit refunds. They gave me a voucher for 9 holes and another cart. I WILL NOT be coming back and now will be trying to see my vouchers for a loss.

Great course with some really challenging holes. The front nine has 7 holes that run through the woods so the course isn't 100% links style. The back nine is beautiful, starting on top of the hill and going down level with the Shubenacadie River. We found the fairways were long and wide with great landing areas, but if you miss them the rough is pretty long and thick.A few holes have a long walk from the green to the next tee so if it's a really hot day I'd recommend getting a cart.

A decent course in decent shape, but we were forced to wait on the putting green for 45 minutes beyond our original tee time. Considering we'd arrived early to warm up, it meant we were there for well over an hour before getting to play. Their range balls are also in bad shape and hardly worth the money. The door to the Pro Shop says they enforce pace of play, but this doesn't seem to be the case as we didn't see a single Marshall while on the course and our round ended up taking 5 hours due to on-course delays on almost every hole.If you're a local this may be a great course, but at this point I wouldn't go back as we were pretty underwhelmed and frustrated with our experience.

A very nice course indeed. With the first eight holes playing in the forest and the back nine like a links course with fantastic views. You can't go wrong. A very well maintained course and the perfect amount of challenge. The greens are fast and are really receptive to a well struck approach shot. Would definitely play here again.

Beautiful golf course overlooking the Shubenacadie River. I'm not an avid golfer but I found the course challenging and long but it was like a walk in the park with all the beautiful scenery to enjoy.

A very enjoyable place to golf. The views on most of the back 9 are stunning. You can often see bald eagles fishing.

Great course for a reasonable price. Pro shop and food service are excellent.

Beautiful championship course in great shape with an awesome mix of holes. Can range from 6000 yards off the whites to 7200 off the tips. Front through the woods opening up to a spectacular links style back 9. One of the more underappreciated courses in Nova Scotia with the best bang for your buck. Highly recommend.

This was a challenging course. Each hole was unique. It seemed I was always on a slope constantly hitting a ball that was either above or below my feet. The sand traps were numerous and strategically placed; I hit more sand here than I have in a long time.It was the greens that were the main attraction. Absolutely perfect and incredibly challenging. Every putt required a careful read and the missed putts could be expensive. It was a great golfing experience.

Used to love playing here and still do from time to time. Course retains wayyyyyy to much water. A few holes are really bad for that. To the point ducks were using the fairway as a pond for days!! Bunkers are almost unplayable as they are not maintained and have loads of rocks in them. Also cart paths are such in bad shape that I'm surprised the carts still work. So many pot holes. Tee boxes could use some work. Been going there for a couple years and haven't seen much effort put into it. So unfortunate, people will start going somewhere else for the price.
