This location seems to be very overwhelmed at all times. I go to this location almost everyday as it is beside my work. I have been going there for 7 years now, it wasn't until just the other day that the one girl remembered my order (I get the same thing almost every morning) She was super pleasant and smiley. I think her name was Selena. My review would be a 5 plus star for this. Unfortunately though, they seem to have trouble keeping staff, and their new hires" do not seem to be confident

I payed $8 for a bagel with multiple customizations and received someone else’s bagel that was worth much less. Staff was unfriendly.

Go every sunday and if its the boys working my tea is done right and they are always fruendly with a hi. If its the girls no friendly give the look of why are you bothering me and they for sure can not figure out when someone orders a tea with 3 sugar 2 milk they actually mean they want a tea with 3 sugar 2 milk. Not no sugar and definitely not cream.

I just want to mention one person in particular her name was I think Emma or Ava.By far the best customer service experience at any of the Tim Hortons. I don’t know exactly what was it was it her way of attending customer or THE SMILE or the coffee she made was amazing.There was something for sure .Anyways I just want to say thank you to her for making that amazing coffee and making my day and bringing smile.Keep up the good work.

I went there todays oct. 8/2022 around 4 to 4:30m and ask for a grill cheese melded order and girl told me they cant make it and then in few seconds she ask me anything else couple of time I ask her to give us some minute to think there was no car behind me, then I order 2 everything bagel with herb and garlic and they gave me my order, at window I ask a guy why are you guys rushing me and he told me we have to and there were only 1 car behind me. and that's not it after I open my bagels to eat there was no spread in the middle at all looks like some one scooped out of it. i paid 5-7 dollars for 2 bagels and did not get satisfied. i must suggest anyone who is taking their order from this location please check your orders before leaving window. and also they do not give you your purchase receipt as well.really a BAD EXPERIENCE""

Ordered breakfast sandwhiches. Both were ice cold. One of them had wilted lettuce and tomato on it even though that is not supposed to be there. There was also creme cheese smeared on the outside of the english muffin. They obviously do not clean their surfaces and have creme cheese transfering onto other sandwhiches. Ordered a donut and hashbrown and the donut was loose in the bag and all of the icing rubbed off onto the hashbrown. Wasted $20 on disgusting, destroyed, ice cold food.

The lady at window for drive through was very very very rude. I just asked that i had reward points yesterday but i don't see them today, and she was like your wifi not working(i was on data), you have to activate yourself( it was that's why i had points), i cant help. And she close the window.

I'll be blunt. If you have a Timbits addiction, this is one of the few that typically carries all the varieties throughout the day. Their coffee is extremely fresh. During Tim's rush-hour, it usually does not have lineups all the way out to traffic either.

Staff is amazing, but they can't change the quality of food head office provides them. The corporation needs to step it up!! This store itself is 5 stars amazing staff! EDIT* The manager called me on her time off, after her shift. To say she went above and beyond is a understatement. The product in the picture does NOT represent their quality. It was a mistake, that slipped through during rush hour.
