Tiago is the best. I have had my Model 3 wrapped for about 3 years and got a scuff in a lot. Tiago walked me through my options and took care of the repair with class. Great when a company stands behind their work and can be relied upon when needed. I would never think of going to anyone else.

After having our last trailer stolen we thought the new trailer deserved to be branded. So I reached out to several companies and Tiago at Concept Wraps answered the call. He emailed right back and helped me through the design process. We had an original mock up ready and he helped tweak it to perfection. He printed out the samples and the quality of print was exceptional. The installation was also exceptional. The Concept Wrap team worked hard and it shows. Tiago(owner) and his team at Concept Wraps, did an amazing job on our Model 3. A friend recommended him to us and Tiago did not disappoint. He was quick and thorough with his email correspondences when we first contacted him. When we came into visit the shop and have a chat, Tiago took his time to explain everything in detail, was upfront, straightforward and honest with his opinions. He took his time explaining and demonstrating the differences between the types of ppf, vinyl material and brands. His attention to detail, his meticulousness and passion are extremely evident in the way that he talks about what he does and shows in his work. He remained communicative throughout the whole process and kept us up to date with photos.When we came to pick up the car, we were amazed!!! The car looked absolutely stunning! I had my model y wrapped in a pearl white. These guys had it done quickly with no flaws. The shop is clean, staff are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them.
