Windsor PhotoBooth

We booked Windsor Photobooth for our wedding. We thought the prices were reasonable and we liked that the props were all included. We were impressed with all of the different layout designs and we were happy that we could customize it to have our wedding colours. Everything ran smoothly on the night of the wedding and all of our guests loved it! The only thing that I found a little frustrating was some inconsistencies in communication. We were told that our layout would be ready to preview by a certain date and when we asked about it, that date kept being pushed. We didn’t receive it until the night that payment was due, 10 days before the wedding. Other than that, we were pleased with the service!

We hired Windsor PhotoBooth for our annual Christmas party. It was a very frustrating process and we were not happy with this company. Regrettably, we cannot recommend it. In spite meeting for the first time on September 17th 2018, we found ourselves on December 13th (2 days before the party) waiting on the final layout.After exchanging numerous e-mails (starting on October 16th 2018) we kept receiving the wrong color layout. An apology was sent to us by the owner, 4 days before the party: That's my fault! I was stuck on the gray and clearly didn't read your request."Even after sending a screenshot of the look we were asking for
