Manpreet helped me renew my auto insurance over the phone. She answered all my questions and was detailed and knowledgeable. She brought up all the discounts I was eligible for before I even had to ask. I used to renew through the Maple Ridge branch and they never added my discounts unless I remembered to bring it up. Really happy with her service. Process took less than 10 mins. Thank you!
