On meeting Victoria and Kirk of TwoMove Real Estate Century 21 Brighton, I knew immediately that I could trust them to help me find a home and ultimately sell mine. We needed to be in a town where there was a dialysis hospital, as opposed to just a clinic, in the same location. Unfortunately in this market my budget at the time did not stretch to the aggressive purchasing of homes and therefore I decided to rent. They were very co-operative and did not urge me to continue looking but instead advised that I was probably doing the right thing. On finding our rental apartment I of course then gave them my house to sell.During the preparation of the sale of my house they did everything they could to make this a very smooth and transitional thing. Kirk helped me clean up leaves from the back yard, and put garden tools and objects into the shed that would spoil the picture taking of our huge back yard. They guided me through who to use to move us, and also a company that might purchase furniture and stuff no longer needed, and now that we had downsized to an apartment, no room for. They staged my house to make it look absolutely amazing so much so that I might have purchased it back myself. At one time during the showings there was a power outage due to a major wind storm and the refrigerator leaked and Kirk came to the rescue and cleaned this up.They listed our home on a Tuesday in December and it was sold the following Tuesday with an amazing offer, well over asking , with a very short closing date which was beneficial to us as we had now moved into our new apartment.With the money in the bank from the sale of our home we will be looking next year for our dream home and will be able now to compete in this marketplace and who will we call TwoMove You Real Estate.We are seniors who have bought and sold many many homes during our lifetime, however if you asked me to bring any particular agent to mind there were none, they did their job and sold the property but that was it. Victoria and Kirk cared and that was what set them apart.

I found this team through a google search but was immediately impressed by their quick response, honesty and willingness to meet my needs. I am not local to the area so their support was invaluable. They helped with anything from maintaining the exterior of the property, professional cleaning of the property, garbage disposal, small repairs and countless other issues that came up. Their evaluation of the property was on point and they worked with me to get as close to the list price as possible in a tough market. There were 62 showings! They are available at a moments notice to discuss offers. They took the time attentively listen to my perspective and offered great advice went it was requested. They are fantastic!

First off Victoria, Kirk & Scott at TwoMoveYou are an absolute pleasure to work with. We were looking to buy in the Port Hope, Coburg or Prince Edward County areas.
