Called them on Boxing Day when most tow services weren't answering the phone. My father in law was stuck in the ditch between Fordwich and Clifford. They took the details and said they were on the way. I would definitely use them again.

We required a tow for our camper and had waited for CAA to contract the call to K and R Towing. Once they were dispatched, they kept me posted on their ETA as they were coming from over an hour away. Once the driver arrived, it did not take long to get hooked up and en route. I was satisfied with the service and would hire K and R Towing again for the job. Thank you Kevin and crew for rescuing us that day!

Tremendous service and incredibly nice people to deal with. I had a nail in my tire and their customer service/responsiveness was unmatched by virtually any business I've dealt with in recent memory. K and R Towing went the extra mile when nobody else would. I strongly recommend them to anyone in need, they salvaged my vacation during a desperate situation and for that I am forever grateful.

Managed to get myself stuck at the bottom of a snowy, unmaintaned hill on a stat holiday and was worried that a tow truck might not come to save me. But I called these guys, and they sent a truck right away, no questions asked. They kept me updated as they made the hour long drive and were friendly and calm when they got there. It was definitely an expensive tow but it was one heck of a job and they got it done efficiently so it was worth every penny

VERY SCARY experience with this man. ( Kevin) Blocked my vehicle from leaving forcing in so I could not leave ,came to my window told me to roll it down , he proceeded to threaten me in the scariest way and it was “his” town , I quickly rolled my window up and started to creep forward until he finally let me out. I was alone at night in the middle of nowhere ( Cargil Ontario ) Not to mention.He followed me for 45 mins I have never been that scared in my life , to threaten and BLOCK a woman from getting away. Scary scary situation.. luckily I had my phone on record the whole time.

This cityidiot got himself stupid-stuck on a closed service road during the spring thaw. 20 minutes after I called they pulled me out, and didn't even give me the slap upside the head that I so richly deserved!

Flat tire in Neustadt this morning. (Sunday and Remembrance Day.) Called K and R at 8am. Kevin answered right away, showed up in less than an hour, and did a great job of getting me back on the road.

I ditched my Jeep at about 1:30 pm on my way to an appointment. After getting the run around from 2 other towing companies and waiting for hours, I called K & R Towing. Not only did he come out right away, but he was quick and efficient in getting me out. Then as the icing on the cake, he charged me less than I had been quoted by anyone else! So glad I got to deal with them and now I have their card in my wallet. If I ever need a tow again, you better believe it will be these guys I will be calling!!

He was fantastic, called at 12:30am and they were there within 40 minutes. He delivered the van to the garage, stopped at the bank so we could get cash to pay and then dropped us off at home. Absolutely wonderful service.
