I visited Emily but she looks nothing like her pictures on the website. She also charged more than the website says and she also rushed the entire service. There is no value in attending Niagara SE.

Worked here for awhile. They have bed bugs and coackroaches. It's absolutely disgusting. Would wake up from bug bites on my ankles and arms. Owner overcharges for room fees and they never clean the carpet in the lounge. Towels are really gross with stains and not washed properly after clients. Wouldn't recommend working here let alone visitingShowers also have black mold -chloe

I dont plan on going back. The spa seeemed dark and dingy. The girl on the website was not the girl I had an appointment with. Disappointed.

Disgusting and deplorable conditions. This place is not only dark and dingy but it refuses to take care of guests and employees. I received service that was not bad but as I left I was covered in bites. They are infested with something and I will be telling friends that are other long time clients. Nasty.
