The best service in town. Cindy is always spot on when making choices and will go above and beyond for you. The delivery was excellent bringing in and taking out.

Drove about 30 minutes to get to the store and when we arrived I desperately needed to use the washroom. I drink a lot of water for health reasons and therefore seem like I must always have to pee. We didn't bother to stop at one of the fast food restaurants we past has we didn't think it would be a problem to use the washroom at the store - after all we were there to hopefully purchase some furniture.Turns out - it was a probably! The owner had no intention of allowing me to use his facility. Covid"?!He told me I could go down a few doors and use the bar washroom... I guess the bar didn't experience 'covid'!We have completed all our renovations and now need all new family room / living room furniture and will also need to replace our appliances in the very near future.We try very hard to support local businesses BUT SOMETIMES - IT'S HARD!"

Great, friendly staff. We bought a floor model chair for a great price and it was delivered within an hour by happy and friendly delivery drivers. Great experience.

Just a shout out to Ken Briscoe for his excellent customer service and backing of his products.Ken recently helped us get warranty service on our 15 month old dryer from the manufacturer. Recently we needed to replace our old dishwasher. After going through all the confusion of researching online trying to figure things out, looking at inventory, delivery options, reviews and all that, we decided, well we live in Alliston, let's just go to Brisco's and see what they have. What a pleasant surprise. The lady was most helpful, and though the selection is quite limited, it is very good. We looked at a Maytag, and a Whirlpool, and chose the Maytag which they had in stock because we wanted it that same day. Not only that, the gentleman offered to deliver it to our home without asking because he had 2 other deliveries to make nearby so we had it within an hour. And we are absolutely delighted both with our purchase, and the store. The dishwasher is excellent and we are very pleased. We highly recommend you shop here, and support local. We feel we received much better service and treatment than any big box store can provide. Five Stars !

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! We were moving into the area and needed a bunch of stuff, new appliances, new bedroom furniture etc. Initially, we thought a smaller store meant higher prices but we were wrong. The prices were in line with or less than larger stores. They took our order (during covid) and held onto it - free of charge - while our home was being built. When the house was finished, they were so diligent in their installation. It was done carefully and with much respect for our new house, the floors, the cabinets, paint job etc. Through no fault of theirs, our oven wasn't delivered. (The supplier screwed up.) We had a big family event planned so they lent us an oven. They delivered it 2 days before the event and picked it up the next day. They didn't charge us a cent! Brisco is a high quality company with integrity and fairness. Something that doesn't exist very much any more.

Went on the weekend with my mom as she purchased her appliances from here and had her eye on a couch and chair. The store is awesome with so much selection, the pricing is fantastic. The gentleman in the store was AMAZING. He knew where she had purchased her new house and recommended a few different options that would properly fit the space. I recently purchased a gas stove from Brisco after my current one of 11 years broke down. From the start of my experience with Cindy to the final delivery of my new stove, I have nothing but positive to say. Cindy gave honest advice when asked about differences between 2 models. Delivery was prompt and earlier than scheduled. Please shop local to ensure terrific business like this one endure. They care about their clients and provide a tremendous level of service. I will be returning in the near future.... I saw a gorgeous sofa set that I want!!!!
