We had a nice experience renting out our first apartment in Canada, thanks Mohammed office staff for helping us.

Never answers the office phone or return our calls. Takes forever for service requests online and some go unanswered. When they give you an appointment time for a repair no one shows up. More concerned about the stairwells being painted and looking unscuffed then real problems like cockroaches. I haven’t had any bugs myself but keep getting notices then someone near me does so my apartment has to be sprayed as well but then no one shows up in the time window to do it. Very frustrating when we have jobs and pets. Have lived here over 4 years and have been very disappointed since this new management company has taken over.

This building has cockroaches and is doing nothing about it. It started on the main floor because they have a garbage disposal that they refuse to clean and now it’s moving up the building to the 2nd floor. Our fridge has been leaking for months, neighbours are out of hand loud and throw garbage on our balcony from above and they do nothing. Never answer you. And don’t be fooled by the “send us an email” responses to the reviews, you send them an email and they say they’ll have someone callYou then no one ever does. Horrible company to have to live with. If you see them managing a building run. Have lived here almost 5yrs and never had any of these issues till they took over. Now we hate our home and are uncomfortable in our own space*Edit: they finally did a pest spray the day before Christmas Eve so barely anyone emptied their apartments for it and now they are worse then ever and have not scheduled another spray as recommended by the pest control company. 2 years of cockroaches and counting…
