Went to purchase meat that was advertised. Not only didn't they have the advertised meat, but they hardly had any meat at all. I purchased a bag of Broghies popped wheat rounds while there. I didn't realize until I brought them home that they had gone bad. The expiry date was five months before I bought them.

I've stopped here roughly 3 times over the past 2 years for meat thsts on sale and if they actually have it in stock it does not look very good. Wont be wasting my time again. Stores clean but all the competition is better priced and quality.

Maurice's Your Independent Grocer Midland
The only grocery store in downtown Midland. Carries President's Choice/No Name products. They have a deli section with hot foods, deli salads & a small selection of meats. Best for lunch as the hot table closes down early. Also it's not fully accessible. It is difficult to manoeuvre the aisles if you use mobility devices. They also have eliminated baskets for safety during COVID (but have shopping carts). It's a small store with a variety of products. It has a small town feel which is kind of nice.

It is convenient as to location but the prices are way more expensive. Even the superstore has the same products and they are not as pricey as Valumart. For the community it serves it is unfair

First time shopping there, not a lot of sales. I didnt buy a lot, wanted to see what they had. Thought it was kinda pricey. Not impressed. It was relatively clean, spacious aisles. Perhaps the next trip there will be better. Can't depend on just one visit.

Best Birthday cakes you could ever hope for, Excellently decorated, and the cake itself is incredible. Trust me We have ordered over 25 B-Day cakes and never once disappointed.
