Kristina is fantastic. She helped us through the process of finding a nanny every step of the way. Answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, and made sure everything went incredibly smoothly. She really took the time to customize our search to exactly who we were looking for.

We live in Chicago but decided to go with Kristina because of a recommendation from our family friend, and, because of the pricing compared to Chicago agencies.Because of Covid, everything was done via phone and video chat. When we interviewed and I couldn't articulate why it was a no, Kristina was great in acknowledging that an on paper match and personality match are very different things.
