Used to be a good place to eat but has down size tremendously!Food was awful! Close your doors and figure out what you are doing!Cold food even the hot carved meat. Very little food available empty pans. We did address our concerns with staff and were comped our meals (if you call it ‘meals’). We went to a different restaurant for hot food.

Food was awful. We all got sick. It was my first time and never again, would not recommend. It was my boyfriend's birthday and he was very excited. His mother is currently sick and have strong stomach pains, my boyfriend is very disappointed. This used to be his favourite restaurant.

Save your money. If you are expecting it to be amazing food and service like before it closed you will be mistaken. Food was all barely warm. Some look like it had just been reheated from the day before. No pasta made to order like suggested. No stir fry station. Everything was messy. Salad bar was warm. Even the water served was warm. Served from pretty bottles but ice would have been nice when it's hot out . I will never come back here again. We had to wait 30 minutes for a bill. Staff was so clueless they started to clean the table behind us when the couple sitting there were at the buffet. Should have stayed closed.To follow up they asked me to contact them for further information and they haven't gotten back to me. Shows the level of care they have about their restaurant, their business and their disgruntled guests.

We went here to grab a bite to eat before a big family trip and our server was visibly sick with a cold and stuffed up beyond belief, even telling us it was Just a cold". We wash our hands everywhere and use masks. 2 days into our trip all of our family got sick with the same head cold that our waiter was coughing and spewing around us. Dont get me wrong

they gave me a fully raw chicken wing, at first they tried to brush it off and my server offered me a free custom pizza which when you’re at a buffet makes no sense since there is already pizza anyways, i told him that i didn’t want a pizza and went to talk to the chef who then apologized and admitted the chicken wasn’t cooked at all but said it wasn’t him who made it, he took pictures of the raw chicken and got manager who gave me my meal for free and took 35% off of our whole table’s bill.

Finally reopened. It’s a little smaller but the food was great. I’ve missed that salad bar and the roasts were amazing. They have a new pizza oven and made custom pizzas for us. Drizzled in infused olive oil. Delish

First time eating at Tucker's since the pandemic. We learned the pasta station is coming back, which is good because the buffet pasta wasn't up to par. New pizza station was the best, and dessert was as good as we remembered. Will be back again to give it another shot hoping to see a bit more variety in the buffet.

My first time back since it has been reopened.The service was good, liked that one of the GM’S came to the table and asked about our experience.One thing I would suggest is that there be more food options for individuals that can not eat the greasy items or that spicy.Loved the butternut squash soup!Over all a good experience.Tracey Fitzgerald

The worse experience I have ever had in any restaurant in the world! Thanks to the server who was trying his best to make good of a bad situation.Who have walked out when it took 15mins to be seated. Tables were covered soiled plates etc, 20% of clean plates still had food and staines from before, food was cold, selection of food was minimal, not what we paid $30 per head for. What a complete waste of $150+tax. Tried to order drinks but couldn’t event do that.I don’t recommend anyone from going there. Serious staffing issues that impact the dinning experience. I thought waiting a week before I post this might have changed my perspective but no luck.Sorry guys people need to know how bad your service and food is so they don’t waste their hard earned money.

Was excited to return to our old haunt to find a shell of what it used to be.We went on a Thursday - start of tourist season - VERY little selection (many food stations were bare/empty). Food was average with very few proteins available. Pizza oven was not open or available. The salad bar was scant with few options. The desserts tasted like Costco foods and the pudding tasted like the kind you buy for kids lunches. Everything, while well seasoned, felt processed. Very disappointed in the food when comparing to the old marketplace.Then there is the place. Dishes were dirty with food bits still on them - including cutlery that was wrapped for use at our table. Made me wonder how clean the kitchen really was.One of the two washrooms had failing locks and hubby had two people walk in on him while in there. When he brought it up, the response? Well just use the other one, it locks? Really? FFS. The other one? Filthy. Blood and feces obvious on bowl and rim, no paper towels, disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been seen maintenance for a while.Service was friendly but slow and understaffed.This place is no longer the place we frequented prior to COVID. It was sad, overpriced, and my kids were sad that one of their fave places to eat is now gone. We would visit several times a season. This repeat customer is lost forever and would NEVER recommend you go here. There are other great restaurants downtown. This ain’t one of them anymore.Overpriced as well. Family of 5? $200 for a really sub-par meal. RIP Tuckers.
