I attended one of Barbara’s Sound Healing sessions and it was truly a remarkable experience. I can still remember the vibrational feelings I experienced from this session. Barbara was able to tap into my energy and provide a spiritual and uplifting wonderful experience. Her yoga classes are a lovely dance of rhythmic flow and meditation, which is so good for the soul! She always teaches very clearly and tunes into her students and provides assistance and guidance when needed. I highly recommend Barbara for any of her sessions!

Barbara is talented and professional! She has so many healing and artistic skills. Her sound healing is a treat in self care and I highly recommend it. It is very relaxing and comforting and I always wish I could stay for longer! In addition, Barbara’s art work is fantastic. I attended a sound healing and also received one-on-one instruction from Barbara.Barbara has a deep understanding of alternative healing modalities, and she shares this in a fun, easy-going way that can be appreciated and understood by anyone.It was my first sound healing and Barbara's session felt sacred and magical. Everything in me was vibrating peacefully with everything around me.With the private instruction, Barbara listened to what I was looking for and she crafted the classes to fit my needs. I could see how much thought and planning went into each session before I arrived. This, along with her vast experience, allowed for the sessions to unfold smoothly and with precision.In addition to vast knowledge and being a master of her craft, Barbara has soft human qualities that make the experience easy and fun. She's laid back, humble, and a good listener. It's about you and the knowledge, not about her. You can see how important it is to her that you are learning and growing.Barbara, thanks so much for your help and your teachings. I had the pleasure of meeting Barbara at a retreat where she was facilitating sound healing, yoga sessions, and Conscious/Ecstatic Dance. Her shares, presence, and dedication allowed this retreat to be a transformative container for myself and many other participants. This container has enabled me to further unlearn prior ways of doing, and allow the body to further dissolve tensions, and rebuild itself. Thank you Barbara - much love!

I attended Barbara's Conscious Dance workshop and am very grateful to have been able to have been a participant. Barbara presented a background on Conscious dance and then led the group through the arc of the dance. The playlist was inspiring and allowed for a deep connection to each of the rhythms to develop. This connection encouraged the expression of feelings, as did the writing and subsequent choreography development exercises. I truly enjoyed the structure of the class and felt safe and supported by Barbara and fellow dancers. One can sense Barbara's authenticity and passion for this practice. I am happy to have received her guidance, knowledge and beautiful energy during this time.

I highly recommend Barbara's conscious dance workshops. I attended one of her 2.5 hour introductions to conscious dance. I was apprehensive at the start because I wasn't sure what to expect however i quickly discovered Barbara is a skilled facilitator. She created safety and community right away within the group. The content was creative and fun. The experience was powerful. I left more connected to my body and more confident to show up authentically in the world. Thank you Barbara!

What a transformative experience. I felt completely immersed in the sound healing/ sound bath created by Eva(Barbara) Demetto during a retreat this past weekend. I felt like I drifted off on a soul healing cloud.

I met Barbara at the Clear Mind Pure Heart Retreat. I had the pleasure of attending 2 yoga session, several sound healing journeys and an ecstatic dance session. They were absolutely amazing her knowledge, energy and enthusiasm for what she does is infectious and inspiring. I wish I lived in Guelph so I could regularly attend her classes. I would highly recommend her classes and the products she sells as well. I purchased a smudging wand, essential oil spray and several bracelets all made with wonderful creativity and love.
