Queensway Sleep Clinic
If you go to this sleep clinic, be sure to ask for and get assistance from Kathy. She is professional, kind, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and carries a lot of skill and expertise in terms of the procedures, OHIP and she will be able to assist with any questions or concerns you might have. She goes above and beyond in her job and daily duties, and you will feel reassured whatever you need is taken care of because of her. I will return to this clinic to give them my business and refer family and friends all thanks to her. She definitely makes everyone and anyone's experience at the Queensway Sleep Clinic a positive one.

Wait till you're dead! Office got my referral for appointment. Needed paperwork to purchase new CPAP machine. 3 weeks go by...nothing. I had to contact office for appointment myself. Could at least have made brief phonecall to acknowledge receipt of referral.... but NO...NOTHING.

Queensway Sleep Clinic
Had an appointment in April that was cancelled because of Covid, never heard back to reschedule. I called months later and found out they were open all summer. I made another appointment and they lost me in the system again. I showed up and they didn't have me booked. I wasn't impressed with the doctor either. They just seem to pump you through the system. License to print money. I'm going somewhere else.
