Fraserview Court Apartments

It's a very good location and staff at apartment are good. However the new owner is increasing the rent every year.

Used to be an amazing place to live. The old management was amazing! Always keeping up the place. Repainting and pressure washing the building. Cleaning was done regularly. Maintenance was upkept everywhere in the building. The grounds were cleaned and well landscaped.Then Rize Alliance Properties bought it for re-development. Since then the building has various pests (roaches, mice). There is garbage everywhere even inside the building. Cleaning is barely ever done. The building is being left to decay. Cracks are forming everywhere. The parking lot is practically in shambles. They took away security. Now we have dangerous people constantly on the grounds day and night. We have people sleeping in our locked laundry room. Our units are falling apart. They don't take care of the pest problem, and perform very little maintenance as a whole.I lived here for 15yrs and am finally on my way out. Thank goodness!! It is sad because I still care about this place. I see trash I pick it up. The maintenance staff are doing their best. Even though they are told to do minimal work. Rize is breaking the tenancy agreement on this place. Something needs to be done! ASAP!!

Surrey bylaw stipulations that you must give 48 hrs notice if you shut off heat. They did not. Further property management is very rude. There is a tenant that urinates in the hall. The security personal keep changing and also the buildings doors are not secure. One good thing is its easy to get into the building.
