Dr. Girgla is THE NICEST Doctor. I only ever had telephone appointments with him due to COVID-19. I started to see him because i was in a rough place physically, emotionally and mentally because of severe chronic insomnia. So many other doctors i saw for help didn’t show compassion toward me. This man made me feel less judged and comfortable to speak to. I am doing much better now and thankful for his help.

Dr Girgla is incredibly kind and patient, he really listens to your concerns and involves you in your own treatment plan. I feel heard, validated, and hopeful every time I leave my appointments.Ashley, the front staff, is very kind, friendly, organized, and accommodating.Unlike the dread and anxiety I have felt with other psychiatrist appointments, seeing Dr Girgla is always a pleasant experience from the moment I walk in to the waiting room.
