The hairdresser i had is a great hairdresser and thank god for her that made my experience a little more bearable. She did an amazing job on my sons hair. BUT the MANAGER at the magicuts on mountain road has a MAJOR attitude problem!!! She does not have a way with customers at all. She told me i could go in with my son when i asked because my son is only 8 yrs old and as soon as i stepped outside for some air she locked me out of the salon. A man and his daughter arrived for their apt. and she unlocked the door to let them in and locked the door back on me. All that because i had left to go take some air for a minute because of my face mask fogging up my glasses and had put a can of pop on their window ledge for a moment... Had to stand outside until my son was done... Her attitude was unreal. No explination no reason no nothing she just locked me out! She didnt say one word to me after. My hairdresser was the one who had to come outside to let me know about the pop and why i was locked out...Do not recommend this place because of that rude manager!!! If she leaves then i will go back because the haidresser i had was amazing but will not be going back until that manager is gone. So disappojnted especially that she was the MANAGER..not just a regular worker!!!

Won’t go here again. I went to get my hair colored and cut. The hairdresser told me she would not be able to do blonde because they can’t have all the girls doing color at the same time. Since I really wanted my hair done, I agreed to get a full light brown color. She talked me out of getting light brown as it wouldn’t color my roots but I was fine with that. She continued talk me out of it, so I went with a darker shade like she wanted. When she was washing the dye out of my hair, she said “just so you know your hair will lighten up after a few washes.” As soon as we got to the mirror I was horrified at how dark it was. I tried to stay positive and showed her a picture that I had on my phone of the hair cut I wanted (a long bob) she barely looked at it and started away. The length wasn’t the same at all. I had to ask her why it wasn’t short in the back and she said oh I didn’t know you wanted it shorter. Of course not because you didnt take the picture into consideration. Long story short it turned out nothing like I wanted. I had to tell her to thin out my bangs because they were way thicker then the rest and she did thin out the rest and not the bangs. She was literally going to send me out like that. Not to mention, not one of the other hair dressers were doing color and there were barely any customers. There was a hair dresser sitting beside us watching us because she had nothing to do. I don’t know the name of the girl who did my hair but it was obvious she didn’t like her job.
