Worst location for eye test. The customer service is awful. They dont pick up the phone and never respond back even if you leave a message. The optometrist are good but lack of good medical receptionist who are rude.

This is one of my favorite Costcos. Usually all the cashes are open and they are quick. Great selection of food, cleaning products and baked goods.They don't always have what I'm looking for (sugar-free energy drinks, spinach, etc.), but overall I have a pleasant experience.If you're looking for their food menu, they have less selection than the Blair Towers location.

Can't beat Costco, cashiers are nothing but nice and welcoming and products are unbelievably great quality in larger packages. Best bang for your buck.

Staff are friendly, Parking is great, Items are well merchandised. Traffic flow in the store is smooth and easy to maneuver. Food samples are great too :)

Price is good but it doesn't make much diffrence if you have insurance ... customer service, sometimes I get really helpful staff but sometimes they just refuse to help you ... so 2.5 would be right but google doesn't allow

Love this location more for the employee working at the front. Nell is the sweetest employee I have ever met! Very professional, hard working, courteous, and knowledgeable! Give this person a raise!

Always a pleasure to shop at this store. Wide range of products on offer, and prices clearly displayed. Good selection of fresh produce and dairy items. Staff generally helpful and cashiers efficient.

I was at the checkout today at around 6:10, tons of people were waiting for checkout. I was waiting, when it was my turn. Alex (the staff)put the “Lane closed” on the conveyor belt. And asked me to go to the other cash. There were more than 5 people behind me, and I said “are you kidding me? Why don’t you let us know earlier so that we can go to the other cash? Alex was so rude, not even answer my question and walked away. I was so mad but no choice, I went to other cash and lineup, but 5 minutes after, another cashier opened the lane again. I agreed you can take a break, but you should tell your client in advance. The store was closed at 6pm, lots of people were waiting. I remember when the lane is closed, the cashier will put the “Lane closed” sign on the last customer’s cart so that the other people will know the lane is closed. But Alex, he decided to close the lane whenever he wants. From now on, if I see him at the cash, I will find other cashier, in case, he will suddenly put the “LANE CLOSED” sign on the conveyor belt again.POOR Services, ALEX

Excellent service at Costco’s car garage. The staff is always helpful and accommodating and there is no charge to fill the air in tires. Costco has newly implemented 2 self-serve air stations Thank you!
