Watch what you buy here and you get what you pay for. Sold us supposed end of line tile. We have at least 40 defective on our floor but 7 are in really noticeable spots. Machined lines throughout you can only see in certain lights but really noticeable in that light. Unfortunately either installer didn’t notice or didn’t care. Asked for some tile to replace the worst ones. We have to dig up. They shouldn’t be selling this garbage and still made us buy the replacements!

I ordered chocolate brown grout .The NOVA tile installer did not clean the cement off of the ceramic tiles in a main room of my house and therefore the grout colour varies from beige to chocolate brown.It is 2 different colours. We now have 2 tone grout .VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!

Don't really have all the words to say how much my wife and I appreciated the EXCELLENT service we received from this company AND would absolutely suggest to anyone who wants work done in their home for flooring and carpeting to call NOVA TILE in Niagara FALLS! The customer service at Nova Tile was excellent. The staff really paid attention to what type of flooring I was interested in, and gave professional insight to help me make the right decision for my needs. There was a huge selection, and many beautiful products to chose from. I love how our floors turned out and would definitely recommend checking it out.

The service from everyone at Nova Tile was incredible. I drove from Orangeville to Niagara on recommendation from a good friend. I will drive back again without hesitation when I have another project. The tile and hardwood look amazing, and it is truly because of the recommendations and information that was given by their knowledgeable family of staff. I have already recommended Nova Tile to some close friends, and I wouldn't think twice to recommend again. Thank you Nova Tile.
