I purchased a Extra NG Green/white from Amr recently and had William help me with the transaction from start to finish. It is my first pilot rc aircraft and my first time dealing with this company and let me tell you they have AMAZING customer service. William was in constant communication with me even after the sale. They have EXTREMELY fast shipping. My aircraft was on my doorstep the following morning! I'm writing this to let everyone know that this company will take care of you whatever you need asap. Great guys to deal with.Fast shipping and excellent service.Bought a gp76 and it came with wrong ignition.Had correct one in under a week.Cant ask for better service than that!

After having been in RC for over 30 years, I know a good hobby shop when I see one. Team is informative and prices are fair. Much Arrma parts/vehicles in stock. First experience here will bring me back as a repeated customer. However, Prices are not indicated on parts, which is a PITA for some (like me).

Worst hobby shop ever, people dont care about what you want they only want your money.Be careful, and dont go there for flying rc, only wheels there.

Great on line service ordered on Saturday arrived on Wednesday morning. Have not had many phone conversations with them but when I did i was completely satisfied. Have bought several planes from them and their prices are as good or better than others. Will be back!
