**Détatouage au laser**Si vous souhaitez un détatouage, c'est ici avec Diane que vous aurez le meilleur service. Elle a beaucoup d'expérience et est disponible pour toute question post-traitement. Cela fait cinq séances et mon tatouage est pratiquement disparu et pas de cicatrice.Côté douleur, on met de la glace avant donc c'est très supportable (j'ai trouvé ca vraiment moins douloureux qu'une épilation au laser ou tatouage).Je suis contente d'avoir trouvé cet endroit et Diane pour mon traitement, je suis très satisfaite.

Cela fait plusieurs des années que je reçois des soins à Victoria Park Montreal-est et je suis vraiment très satisfaite. Autant le personnel administratif que le personnel de soin est d’une grande attention, très professionnel, et toujours à l’écoute de mes besoins. J'ai eu un traitement VBeam chez Victoria Park Medispa de Montréal-Est. Je suis très satisfaite du résultat. Tout au long de la séance, j'ai été prise en charge par Diane qui a été très professionnelle, douce, minutieuse, attentive à mon confort et rassurante. I was referred to victoriapark by afriend of mine.I went to Victoria park Montreal-Est(H1N1E9)as a first time customer andI was appalled with what I witnessed and had to encounter.the individual that worked in the store was absolutely out of line and I was informed that her name was Sabrina and I was in disbelief to hear that she was the store manager.Someone in that position should treat people with respect and humbleness but In Sabrina's case,She was openly and shamelesslydisrespectful.I have had many years of experience in retail and I have never seen someonespeak over collegue and customers (very rude for no reason at all)!! She looks at you soon as you enter the store and just makes you feel like you are a lost individual.I spoke to the manager upstairswho's name was Nancy, and it's safe to say that she didn’t really care but All in all Montreal Est Victoria park needs to do better, Because Having Someone like Sabrina as one of the people representing the image of Victoria Park Medispa | Médico Esthétique especially as a store manager is not a good look for them and the business in general thank you and I hope that this issue gets resolved as soon as possible.Julian.

Good prices but there are draw backs. First, be prepared to wait, even during a pandemic. The first time I went during the pandemic (and knowing I'd wait), I called from my car to ask if there was a delay and if I could wait safely in my car. I was told that there was no wait and to come in. I waited 2 hours!!!!!! Unbelievable. I had my treatment of PRP with Josee and she was amazing. Second time there, the nurses were honestly frazzled ...shouting in the hallway that they have like 5 patients at a time.... as a patient this is REALLY scary because I want undivided attention when someone is playing around with my skin! Anyhow, I got Donna and she literally spent 2-3 minutes applying the PRP on my face. No results from this session, big waste of $$$. Third time was with Dr. Serra and she did a great job. I would love to do the forever BBL but I'm honestly scared that the nurses are overbooked and will make a mistake and burn me. Mistakes happen and they happen more often when we can't concentrate on one person at a time.

Meryam est super sympathique et prend bien le temps de m’expliquer ce que le laser fait, ce qui aide à avoir de bons résultats et les bonnes habitudes à avoir quand on fait du laser. À chaque séance je me sens de plus en plus à l’aise! Merci Meryam:)

Excellent customer service from consultation through treatments. An esthetic and clean space. The Emsculpt Neo sessions provided my desired increase in muscle tone and mass and exceeded my expectations for definition The sessions are more of a workout than I expected, with some soreness the next day. Overall, completely satisfied.
