Outstanding service received from David Astro. I ordered a PrimaLuceLab Eagle control unit which was not easy to setup as a host device in my observatory. Using a video call, David guided me step by step through the rather complex procedure. I now have a very rugged and efficient remote control system for my instruments. Thanks David!
