Becareful. This Chatr Kiosk will sell you used phones and tell you it's brand new. I experienced this. I made sure I got a refund. But getting your top up voucher is fine.

Abdullah is the employee that helped me with my services at Georgian Mall in Barrie, ON. It was complex because chatr wasn't able to activate service after I purchased the sim card and monthly plan 5 days prior. I had to drive 45 minutes back the same location to resolve this issue. With gas prices so high and trying to find a ride there again I was not happy when I did approach Abdullah, he was very patient and listened to my issue. He was the one who put in the effort with amazing customer service and resolved everything for me. He got my phone working again and it was a pleasure to have him as a customer service representative. Thank you Abdullah!!
