Hi, in lunch time today, i ordered my food that is bakery stuff i noticed there one guy who have mustache and beard he is baking food with proper sanitization and keep smiling with customers .so that's a good experience i wil come back again .Thank you

Really disappointed with this Tims location recently, you often wait in lines for a long time and do not get what you ordered. Today my iced coffee had sour/curdled cream and my breakfast sandwich had a stale English muffin.

I shouldn’t have to go back inside for the rest of my food, EVERY TIME I order food in the drive thru. This has been at least the 5th time they forgot to put my proper food items in the bag. I ordered 2 farmers breakfast wraps and a breakfast sandwich, and they gave me 3 breakfast sandwiches! Please do better! I will not be visiting this location anymore and would rather go to North Battleford instead.

Worst drive thru ever. Try to have water and some snacks before you drive thru. It will take forever . You will be stuck an hour or more. Even if you change your mind. I will never go to that place.

I was standing in lime to order the food almost for 15 minutes but noone came forward to take order . There were only two people in line before me and it wasn’t busy either. The tim hortorns in north Battleford are way more better than this . I am not going back over there again.The employees were wandering here and there gor no reason and some were standing and gossiping.

Unusually terrible experience today. We ordered a veggie wrap, an artisan sandwich, and potato wedges. The wedges were undercooked and still raw inside and they didn't include the mayo that was ordered for dipping. They gave us a chicken wrap instead of the sandwich. We took the incorrect wrap back, and the clerk argued with us that the order was correct and we didn't look in the bag well enough. Dude, we aren't making it up - we didn't order a chicken wrap. Wraps aren't sandwiches.Eventually they replaced the chicken wrap with another incorrect sandwich. They gave us the little snack sandwich instead of the bigger, more expensive artisan one that we ordered. So we got ripped off by the staff here today.We also tried to order the limited time doughnut that their TV screen menus were bombarding us with. They didn't have it. The TV screen menus are awful and a huge waste of time. They don't show enough information and they are always switching around every 10 seconds so you end up taking longer to figure out what to order.
