The villa is absolutely beautifully decorated and gives a very homely feel. It's very peaceful and its nature surroundings are just as beautiful. The owner is very friendly and makes a great effort to provide a pleasant experience. Because the villa is not too big, it's never crowded in the spa and creates an enjoyable vibe with the other guests. I will certainly be coming back here.

Spectacular location 1.5 hours from Montreal, very friendly and helpful staff, room very clean and nicely decorated. Excellent for romantic getaways or relaxing moments. Will definitely come back as well as recommending to our friends.

We visited at a rather unusual time (covid restrictions had just closed spas). We were still welcomed warmly and they adapted to the situation and made it pleasant regardless.Pierre, who's the manager and also an amazing chef, cooked for us every night, and was enthusiastically suggesting new items as he got to know our preferences. It was honestly DELICIOUS - well worth the price.The room (Ubud) was beautiful and cozy, as is the rest of the villa.The river is beautiful and calming.Looking forward to return when restrictions are not limiting our experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend here. It's got such a cozy feeling you can't help but relax as soon as you step in. The rooms are very nicely decorated and themed, the baths are very clean and you have a nice view of the nearby River from each of them. Our favorite was the Japanese bath which was a small wooden oval that has no chemicals of any kind in it. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. I will most certainly be coming back.

*Dishonest advertising, bad service, overpriced*My wife and I went to this spa/auberge for one night. While the building and scenery is picturesque, the magic stops there :(We booked by phone and Mr.Sebastien (not sure if he's the owner or manager?) gave the impression that we were inconveniencing him with our potential business. In all honesty, this was a gift given to us by family so we booked regardless of his lack of cheer or customer service.When we arrived at the auberge, we were greeted?" by Mr. Sebastien although greeting did not involve a smile or a hello. It was a fairly robotic walk through of the spa and we signed our waiver forms. By far
