I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, bacon and tomato and they didn't give me any cream cheese. I didn't go back because this is a drive through only location and it took me 20 minutes to get to the window :(I won't eat at this location again. How can you forget the cream cheese? It's the most delightful part! I was so hungry after driving 7 hours straight I tried to eat it but it only tasted of dry sadness and broken hopes and dreams :(

Picking up online order from Drive-thru - the older lady with short dark hair told me not to order online or Drive thru and come to store as they took longer time to prepare. This was just for 3 medium sized coffees. The coffee cups were barely half full.

Been loosing alot of points lately due to no wifi and been denied service due to the point we're I can't get a free one due to no wifi never going back again they lost my service plus now even when you have a free one you still pay for double cup worst service ever never going there again

Great little Timmy's. Staff are extremely friendly and service is usually very good. It's a Tim's so it gets very busy at times. Food is always hot and so far no complaints. Great little place.

This location is ripping people off and not honoring their own point system correctly.Old woman working today refused the size ordered for a points redemption. Last time same person refused to scan the qr code.Good thing there are other locations in this city that are owned by different owners so I will support their locations from now on.

If I could give a half star I would. The worst spot to go to on the weekend. Ordered a London fog tea. I was cold and it looked as if it had been sitting for a while as there was no foam and the stain on the cap was dry. Had to bring it home and reheat in a mug.

We went to this location Nov 24 2019 around 8:30 for a quick meal before going on a road trip.The food took well over 5 minutes to arrive. The woman passing us the food to our vehicle had a hand covered in bandaids, some of which were dirty and starting to peel off. Open sores could be seen under the peeling bandaids. Looking back we should have just driven away at this point and not even touched the food and found elsewhere to eat.The sandwich I received has a very burnt crossaint and the sausage patty cold. The drinks we ordered were wrong and also cold with improperly secured lids. We also never recieved our hasbrown that we ordered.I would never go here for food if you can avoid it. This was a terrible experience and I hope the management of that store does something about what was witnessed and experienced.

Bought a chicken bacon wranch wrap without tomato, the chicken was nasty and had to be thrown out after biting into it.Odd texture as if it was sitting under a heat lamp and had a dark discoloration on it.The chicken meat inside the breading had a dried out texture.Big chunk of the chicken is just breading (crispy)Didn't notice until I got home, didn't want to eat there due to the entire building smelling like B.O. inside...
