Planet Tint

I brought my 2014 Nissan in about a year ago to get my rear window re tinted. They charges me $250 which at the time didn’t sound bad, but later on found out that other people paid much less at the same place, which made me wonder if my race played a part in the price I was given. Job that was done wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great either. Saw some imperfections that they said would clear up once fully dried, but that wasn’t true. I got a new car now and need the same job done. Not sure if I will be going back, but to be honest these guys were the cheapest tint guys in Oshawa, even though everything is overpriced here, better to go a little further and save money by going to Scarborough for all your car needs……Update. I made originally made this post in 2020 I believe. It’s 2022 I have been back to this place and I got charged less from another worker. So I found it strange but.. oh well

Horrible service. Rear window tint didn't even last 2 years. Started to bubble. When i called them at the end of winter they told me to call back in the spring when it's warmer. I visited them in this summer (2016) and they told me that I had to pay $40 to have this fixed/replace. The person at the desk told me that the guy working in the shop who runs the place made that decision. When I asked to speak to that guy who runs the place he didn't even want to come to the front desk to speak to me. Just absolutely rude and no customer service at all. I recommend you never get your tint done here.

Just did my 2018 Ford Mustang, They are an amazing professional team who did an excellent job and they went to far lengths to make me satisfied I would definitely come back and recommend my friends to them.

Great service, work was completed fast. Not sure who I was dealing with but they were great. My tint has held up just fine. The price was fantastic! Only cost me $80 to tint my front windows to match the rears. I’ve referred many people to this shop.

Very good place and very good price and they do an amazing job just definitely heed their warnings do not open your windows right away after getting them tinted but as long as you follow their directions then it's definitely worth the price

I have had two of my vehicles done from them a, one a 2018 escape and one a 2020 f150 and I have been very satisfied with the results. It is a very affordable price and fairly quick. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is interested in Window tinting.

Got my 2022 Tesla Model Y tinted at planet Tint. Perfect experience. I’ve had a few of my vehicles tinted here and always done perfect.

I get every car I own tinted here, and have always had a good experience. I have also had my car stereos and car starters done here as well.The tint here comes with a lifetime warranty & they actually give you a warranty card so as long as you have that to prove the tint the tint was actually done there they have no issues replacing for free if there is a problem.If you walk in and don't have that warranty card 2 years later with nothing to prove they did your windows in the first place you can't expect them to remember you and there will most likely be a small fee, and ummm, you shouldn't expect anything less.
