The Humbled Canine

There is not enough good things I could say about Jaime. She is one of the most patient, kind, caring and loving person to the dogs she trains. My dog bear was 5 months old when I contacted Jaime for a 3 week board and train. He is a labradoodle, he was high energy, very reactive on walks couldn’t take him to family parks because he was over stimulated. I was constantly stressed bringing him even to the dog store. Jaime changed my life, my families and most important Bears. She taught me so much about dogs and training and providing an environment and providing the best life for bear. After 3 weeks bear was a changed person he was calm he was able to walk off leash. He listened to commands. Jaime provided me with the foundations and skills in training techniques. Jaime is not an easy fix for your dog when you bring them home. You have to put in work everyday to keep them sharp with the commands and training drills. Everyday me and bear did drills on our walks in the house for at least 20-30 minutes a day. Bear is now 4 years old he is one of the most well behaved dogs I know. We only walk off leash, his recall is amazing. I’m able to bring him everywhere we go, he goes on hikes, swims in lakes, I’m able to bring him out to family and friends houses and put him on place for hours. Without concert training and dedication you and your dog will not be able to enjoy each-other and Jaime was able to provide me with the information and tools to let us enjoy bear. Jaime thank you for showing bear so much love teaching him the skills he needed and provided us with the skills we needed to be better paw parents ! You’re awesome and I totally recommend Jaime and will always spread the word of her success stories.

Whether you are first time dog owners or not… if you are looking for someone to help answer some of your questions when it comes to proper training then look no further than the humbled canine. We got our dog in July of 2021 and we are first time dog owners. We did many hours of research, watched videos and spoken to other dog owners to figure out what we needed to do in order to be able to handle him. Gino is a really smart and friendly cockapoo, with a stubborn side and a territorial side when it came to his food. After many months of trying just about everything we knew we needed help. We were referred to the humbled canine by a very close friend, and after completing the board and train program we could not be happier. Not only was he trained, but we were given the tools needed to make our transition at home much smoother. We are just under 3 months from our post board and train and Gino is a completely well behaved and calm dog. We can not thank Jaime enough for giving us the help we needed not only during the training but once we arrived home, she was always ready and willing to take our call or return our texts to answer any other questions or concerns we had.
