From the start, Garry, Hope and Landon were happy to answer any questions I had and made sure that my car buying experience was postive and enjoyable. This was my first time buying a car and I had a great experience with Hope and her team at Capilano Volkswagen.Hope made the entire process efficient and enjoyable—we got to explore a wide range of options, and then as soon as we were sure of what we wanted, she had us out the door in a few hours.In an era when online shopping is the norm for so many products, Hope made this in-person experience delightful.

I called ahead of time to let him know I was coming to see the vehicle, and upon my arrival, the car was unlocked and running. This stood out to me as I was able to inspect the vehicle, sit in it, without the pressure of him coming right away like a pushy car sales man might do. After about 10 minutes, we had our first interaction and right off the kick he was friendly, inviting and answered all questions with no hesitation. I was able to purchase this car in less than an hour from start to finish.The staff were all friendly, the environment was lovely and stress free. This was an exceptional experience. I would urge anyone looking for a vehicle to check this lot out. You’ll be treated like a truly valued customer.

I had such a great experience buying a car from Capilano Volkswagen! Landen provided great service and did everything he could to make sure I got the kind of car that I was wanting. I really appreciate how he wasn’t trying to push an agenda on us and he seems like a very genuine guy. My 2013 Golf was detailed so well - the lipstick stains by the drop-down mirror that I thought were permanent were gone! It’s so nice to be able to drive away knowing that you didn’t just buy a car with a bunch of unknown problems. Would 100% recommend!

My partner and I just financed a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, and we had such a wonderful experience! Bob was our salesperson, and I want to recognize him especially for his kindness, and friendliness. He is an expert on developing customer rapport quickly, and made us feel comfortable right away. We felt like we were dealing with an old friend, as he is so personable and genuine. There is a stigma against car sales people being pushy, or aggressive, and that is not the case here whatsoever. He answered any questions we had with confidence, put no pressure on us, and really went the extra mile with customer service. Thank you, Bob! I also want to recognize Alan, the Finance Manager. He was very kind, endlessly patient us (we had a lot of questions, and took our time deciding on different options), and super clear with all of the information he provided. Thank you, Alan! We are VERY happy with our car, amazed by the service we received, and just grateful for the whole process being so stress-free. I bought a used Audi S4 from Adam, and the sales and finance team here fully deserves more than 5 stars for their service! Not pushy, straight to the point, and explaining everything clearly is a nice change of pace comparing to some other stores. As someone who works in the industry, I was hesitant about how my service was going to be, but I couldn’t be happier.

I am so happy with my new ID4 that I purchased from Brad Nakhaei of Capilano VW. Brad is amazing. He was so helpful right from the beginning to choose what I needed, during the waiting period until my order arrived. I really recommend him for anybody who needs a VW car.

This was my fourth car purchase/lease experience at Capilano Volkswagen. This time, Steve Cross and Hope Groen guided the no-stress, no-pressure process. Things went quicker than expected and smoothly, with good laughs along the way. I was able to have all the features I’d hoped for and love the car.
