Im currently in my overpriced room as I wrote this: I bought a $700 “Valentines day” package that advertised we would get a “sweets box”, sparking wine, access to Scandinavie spa and a king suite….No access to the spa, the sweets box looks like something from the dollar store, they have a spa in the hotel but you have to pay $50 for a robe (none provided)…Look at the picture of our “sweets box” and tell me the almost THOUSAND DOLLARS I spent this weekend was worth it….Save your money. Find another hotel

We loved this hotel! It's our new go-to when staying in Mont Tremblant. The staff was very welcoming, it's beautiful, the room was very spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds, huge tv, great shower pressure and nice toiletries. The dry sauna and heated pool were much appreciated after a day spent skiing. It's clean with a great location, 15min drive to Mont Tremblant, 10min walk to restaurants.

Rooms are thoughtfully updated with under bed lighting, wine glasses, wine opener, mini fridge, full swivel wall mounted tv, and great storage. All these small details really made this hotel stand out even though it's not the fanciest available.Outdoor hot tub and sauna was great and kept clean. Lots of extra towels in the room for multiple hot tub visits.The cafe was decent, individual items are fairly priced but the $15 breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was made with lower quality ingredients and was a fairly small portion. Cafe decor is very cute.Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is like new. Very modern, very well maintained and very beautiful. It's 15min drive from mon tremblant. So not the greatest. They have a great outdoor jacuzzi. They don't offer free breakfast. Maybe I'm just used to American hotels. Some of the hotel policies aren't good. They close the adult only time portion of the jacuzzi at 10:30pm. Why? There's no lifeguard anyway. Why take away the only entertainment from the adults? Why not keep it open 24hrs a day? The snack bar closes at 2 or 3am. Why? The receptionist is there 24hrs. They close the beautiful lounge at 9 along with the Cafe. Why is the lounge owned by the Cafe and not by the hotel?

Second time we're staying on this hotel and it is amazing. Amenities are good, as well as location. The hot tub is making its magic, our kids just love it.Tha bar is nice and affordable. And more of that, you have tobogans nearby.Will we rent the room again? For sure.Thanks from happy customers.

We loved it there, close to Monte tremblent where all tge lovely activities, very clean, the atmosphere was so nice and welcoming.

Stayed for 2 nights with two toddlers, with plans to go snow tubing. Location is perfect for that and we went two mornings in a row as the kids had so much fun. Rooms are supposed to be soundproofed - we were in a corner unit so only shared walls with one other room and we didn’t hear anything although we were in a high traffic area (stairs and entrance to the pool/hot tub) so we would hear loud noises occasionally but to be expected. Room was clean and spacious. When we first arrived, our toilet actually flooded but staff were genuinely there to help and make sure our experience wasn’t ruined. They had someone come immediately to fix the issue. Same kind and friendly service from the cafe. Not a full restaurant and would have to go downtown for that but had good selection of snacks or light meals like croissant sandwiches and nachos. Check in and out were straightforward and easy. We didn’t use the outdoor heated pool but saw it was fairly busy throughout our stay. Very close to downtown for food and shopping and 15 min to the village. We enjoyed our time and stay here. (PS we recommend dining at Lo Cal only 2 min away if you stay here!)

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and welcoming for our 2 night stay. Really enjoyed the sauna and heated pool. David at the front was GREAT. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you, Ax Hotel for the lovely accommodations. We will be back!

Nice rooms and heated pool, good service and extremely convenient location! High recommend for the price, location and cleanliness!
