Literally the best dentist and I mean the BEST dentist that I've ever been to. If anybody has a fear of dentists or doesn't like pain during dental work I highly recommend this dentist the assistant is amazing too especially Sheena. Billy is the best dentist that I've ever had a pleasure of getting work done by. He is incredibly patient, listens well and takes the advice that I give him telling him I need extra freezing. I just left and didn't feel a single thing that I got done. Didn't even feel the clamp being put on. She said it was on and I said wow that's crazy!Highly recommend him. He's the best!!!!

I went in for a regular check-up a few weeks ago for the first time and was very pleased with the care I received. The team was very thorough and caught a hidden cavity in its early stages. I just got the filling done today--quick and painless. Dr. Yu is kind, competent, and knowledgeable; it's clear that the entire dental team cares about you as a person. Definitely the best clinic I've been with thus far. Cannot recommend enough!

Been going to Dr. Yu for over 10 years, he and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and superb people to be around.No matter where I've lived I've made the commute to see him.The office is clean, welcoming and all around a great place to go.I've always felt my needs are met of by everyone there and get the utmost care from them.Highly recommend anyone to be his patient and visit this office if you want the best dental work (all from Dr. Yu, hygiene staff and his CDA)

Dr. Yu is the best! Compassionate, knowledgeable and a straight shooter.While on vacation recently, I experienced a dental emergency. My hosts are patients of Richlea Dental, and got me an appointment with Dr. Yu, who took care of me and sorted out the problem. At my request, he referred me to a new dentist where I live, and I am very happy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Billy Yu for a number of years. In my opinion, Dr Yu is not only a highly skilled dentist but he is also very personable, courteous. His staff are like family members, all wishing to make each and every patient feel relaxed and at home. One of his hygienists, a woman named Set, is my favourite. It is obvious she loves her job. Always pleasant, Set is the best.

Me and my family used to always go to this dental office for 10 years. The previous dentist, Dr. Hutchingson, was an expert in every way. He was friendly, professional, caring, and never thought to do unessesary dental procedures. After he retired in 2012, we had some very bad experiences with the new dentist. The worst was when my sister in law went to have a dental procedure, when they finished, she kept feeling pain in the area. She thought it would go away, but after some time she realized that she had an infection in the area they worked on. Her mouth got very swollen and she had to go to the hospital. Maybe it was because the dentist has just finished school and did not have much experience. We have not gone back since.

Being new to Richmond, it was hard to find the genuine clinic for your dental needs and i found that one when i took consultation from Dr. Billy Yu and team. He is an expert in his field and always gives you the best advise.He is kind, polite and the best part is that he don't rush ,listen to your problem in detail. On top of this all he has an excellent team which always deliver incredible care.Highly recommendable.

I just want to thank Billy Yu & staff for “saving” the day! I had dental surgery at Richmond Endodontist on Monday & left feeling swollen & sore. Over the next couple days the pain worsened & I tried to get ahold of Richmond Endodontist & no one returned my call. One call to Richlea Dental & I had an appointment the same day. Billy was kind, caring, & understanding with me and my situation. He checked out the situation & gave me antibiotics to fight the infection. I am truly thankful 4 Billy & his staff for saving the day! This is a top notch establishment & would recommend them every day of the week.
