Irving Restorations and Repair

He attended our strata and assured us that our home with water damaged ceiling and window was ok.It is anything but ok and we have had a separate assessment from a thorough restoration company that revealed serious problems that need to be fixed ASAP.Stay away from this contractor or whatever he is.There was obvious problems and he said everything just fine..... bad news

I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone needing urgent home repairs or restoration. When our outside water tap pipe crack and started flooding our laundry room at 5pm on a Saturday we gave him a call at the recommendation our strata property manager. even though it was a weekend after hours call, Kelly said he would be there in 1 hour ( and he arrived exactly on time). Kelly was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did not try and oversell us on services that would not be needed given the situation. He helped us make an informed and educated decision and he did not apply any pressure on us. In the end after helping us we were amazed at how affordable and fair his services were. He would be our first call if we had an issue like this come up again.

Kelly has been absolutely wonderful to deal with in an otherwise frustrating situation dealing with a flood in our home. He was excellent at communicating, explained everything very thoroughly, answered all of our questions and was very efficient and timely. He showed up on a Friday evening shortly after I called him to inspect our place and got to work that evening to get everything dried out. We will 100% recommend Kelly to any of our friends or family who may need restoration services.
