Michelle did a great job as our selling realtor for our condo. We had already moved out, and we were especially happy to have Michelle as 1) She has the option for staging - it costs more and was worth it. She did a terrific job and 2) She was flexible with being able to let contractors in and out of the suite for us. Michelle demeanour is professional, direct and friendly - it makes her easy to work with.

My wife and I flipped a house a couple of years ago and Michelle brought a few couples through the house! although we didn't use Michelle as our realtor she gave us great tips and tricks on how to make the place show better. She was fantastic and her information really paid off! We would definitely recommend her eye for detail and use her in the future.

Michelle was an absolute delight to work with. She helped us stage and sell 2 condos in less than a month for each. She was honest about pricing and markets and didn’t set unrealistic expectations of what we “should” get, but told us where the market was at the time. During this period she also helped us navigate a purchase of a home and really cared about whether we made the right decision for us. She never led us one way or another, but made sure we made informed decisions. I would recommend Michelle as a realtor to anyone!

We first met Michelle when we were in the initial decision to downsize from our home to a condo. Michelle was such a great realtor to work with. Even though we ended up not downsizing at that time we did a few years later and I regret not using Michelle. I know she would have worked diligently for us on the sale of our home and the purchase of our condo. We opted to go with the builder’s real estate agent who wanted us to list our house at the lowest of the appraisal amounts. Never again. If we ever have need of a real estate agent we will be contacting Michelle.
