Awesome. Extremely helpful and lots of parts stock. I was able to pick up my parts within a few hours of ordering! The only thing is that I wish they had more pickup locker locations. Brampton is a bit far for me. This is why I give 4 stars instead of 5.

I ordered in line, they billed me with free shipping, 10 days later didn't received my order, call and email them, very difficult to reach them but i finaly succeded, they told me it wasn't free shipping anymore, they charged me $85.00 for the shipping. I ordered 2 items, received only 1. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, and the guy who answers you on the phone is weird.

You will find attached a picture of the Head light, every time I wash the car the water leak inside the light as you can see, very disappointed of quality of the part it seems is definitely defective. I asked for a replacement without extra charge no one reply to my email, I recommend everyone not to buy there after marked parts. Zero customer service and bad quality parts.

Had a great experience dealing with Arun at Express parts. I needed a power steering pump urgently and I was able to collect it 1 hour after placing the order. The collection and drop of process was smooth and easy. Keep it up.

Ordered a muffler 8 days ago and they told me it will be ship today and will send you the tracking number never happened I phone and sent email for 4 days without a reply I really don't know how they can get so many good reviews when I look at many comments that are exactly like mine. Horrible place to deal with

I don’t personally leave reviews like that ever but this deserves a review! Karun and his team were extremely helpful getting me the items I needed in a rush. Other companies were estimating 2-5 business day, these guys got it to me less than 14 hours after ordering! I appreciate you guys so much and definitely will order again
