Passport Office

I came here at 12 pm and I was done by 2 pm. Very fast service and very nice people. I had no problems.I found a very short line at this location as compared to mississauga one which had a 3-hour long wait time. I'd recommend booking an appointment online or coming to the location after checking wait times on the website.Come prepared according to the weather as the line starts outside. Dress warm, bring water n food and a chair if you cannot stand for long hours. You get a token outside by the security guard when in line.Once you go inside, there are 16 counters, and you have to wait in a new line inside to get a new token that's given to you at the first document checking counter inside after which you just have to sit and wait till you token number shows up on the screen. Once at the counter, the process hardly takes 10 minutes if you came prepared with all your documents.Very fast and very nice team. Both the security guards were so nice and were helping everyone out esp senior citizens.My only request to the officials of service canada is:1. PLEASE have a SEPARATE LINE FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED. They should not have to wait in long lines. It was very sad to see an 80+ year old woman standing out in the cold in the long line for 1 hour. Our senior citizens should be entertained first in a separate line. Please make this happen!2. Please also have some chairs outside for old people who cannot stand long hours.If you are 60+ , I recommend asking the security guard to let you in first. They are very nice and will accommodate you. You just have to ask.

Amazing staff, including the security personnel. Arrived at 3:15 p.m., and there was a lineup of about 20 people ahead of me to enter the building. The security lady was very professional and polite. She kept on updating about the cut off time to the lineup outside every 5 mins. Initially, I wasn't very hopeful to make the cut, but to my surprise, I was inside at 3:40 pm and done by 4:10 pm. Staff was so polite and professional. They all deserve appreciation.

Good Service.Today I went to this place to apply for my daughter's Passport. No line, approximately it takes half an hour for the whole process.

Had to renew a passport today July 2023. Got here at 8:45 a.m. the lineup was around the building and through the alleyway I was intimidated at first but got into the building around 9:45. The staff are super efficient from the security guard at the front who will help if you have any questions or need applications. Then when you get your tickets they vet your documents to make sure you have everything prior to getting a ticket.Counters were fully staffed and from the time of getting my ticket, waiting and processing my application it took approximately 40 minutes and that's including a little chat with the clerk at the counter.Staff are friendly, diligent and efficient and will get you in and out of there quickly as possible as long as you do your part. Have all the appropriate documentation, follow the guidelines on the application whether it be for a adult or child and you should be fine.

The waiting time was slightly longer than desired, but the security team did an exceptional job managing the influx of visitors. Despite the hustle and bustle, the organization of the process was astoundingly seamless. The representative at the service window was professional and highly courteous throughout the interaction. Overall, a positive experience was noted with very few negative points to report.

I wish all government offices were as efficient AND pleasant like this passport office. I arrived at 8:20am and was almost discouraged when I saw the line. However once doors opened the line kept moving and moving. Their process is awesome, they have dedicated counters to check paperwork, and then dedicated counters to process your passport. I was out by 9:15am. WOW. The staff are friendly, security guards are friendly, was a great experience!

Well organized and quick service . I entered near 11:45 and It took me half an hour to get everything done. Thanks for amazing service .

Reached at 6.40 am today no line up (people started coming around 7.15 am). Security personnel arrived at 8.20 and provided tokens. Services started at sharp 8.30 am. I was welcomed with smiling face and they processed my 2 applications in 15 mins. I was explained the pickup process well and I was out at 8.40 am. Wonderful experience.

There’s always a line in the morning. So, it is best to arrive early in the morning by 7 am for walk-ins. The security guard and all the employees working there are friendly. Apart from the long wait until the office opens everything else went smoothly. Definitely recommend this location for passport applications. The pickup service was easy and quick as well.
