I have been going to the same hairdresser for 6 years and haven’t ever let anyone else touch my hair. My hairdresser is on vacation and I needed a haircut so I read amazing reviews for Soho and took a chance! I booked last minute for a wash/cut/style with Stephanie. The booking was very easy, the lady was very polite. When I came, the lady at reception was welcoming and then came Stephenie! She is such a sweeeetheart! She first did a consult and attentively listened to what I preferred. Let me telll you how perfectly she cut and styled my hair. I am in LOVEEEEEEE!! Stephenie literally did so much better than my own hairdresser so I’ll be ditching the old one after 6 years and hellloooo Stephenie the hair goddess! Stephenie is very patient, sweeet and such a wonderful personality. Thank you Stephenie for exceeding my expectations! You da besttttt xoxo

Just say no when they bring out the thinning shears. I had to end up cutting off more length with a stylist at a different salon in order to correct what was otherwise a good haircut. Not a good experience and I don't recommend this salon. Every stylist was just rated as senior" so there is no way to differentiate between skill level

I’ve been seeing Robbie for about 10 years. I’ve moved to Vancouver, California and now in Ohio and haven’t found anyone that I love as much as Robbie’s work. I save my hair appointments for when I come visit my family a few times of year. His highlights are the best! I just don’t agree that when you pay for highlights you have to pay extra to have your hair blow dried and styled.

Look no further, this is THE hair salon. The stylists' smiles and service is unmatched and this is the place where I am most happy. The reason I work is so I can have money to bring back to this place where I would call home as I have been happily coming for so many years.

This is one of the most professional salons I have been to. Once I entered, I was greeted pleasantly and was brought immediately to the back where I met my stylist, Sarah. She was pleasant and gave her honest opinion about what would look good on me (I'm very indecisive). She was able to let me know what she thought was good and gave me a great haircut. I have a follow up appointment to colour my hair.The atmosphere is beautiful and was clean. People there were pleasant and staff interacted with each other friendly. Everyone there followed COVID-19 protocols.A place worth going to.

This salon is great. Sarah is a magician. She is patient, knowledgeable, skilled, and exactly what every person wants in a hair dresser. I have had her colouring/cutting my hair for years and she never disappoints. I have gone from a dark brown natural colour to a beautiful blonde balayage. I have curly hair that is not easy to cut and style as I like to wear it natural and straightened. No matter the challenge Sarah is incredibly talented and exceeds my expectations. The staff are friendly and the management clearly cares about their clients. Thank you Soho!

Went with my girlfriend. 2nd colour treatment at Soho.Colourist recommended they avoid using toner as we are going on vacation and the salt water will pull the colour out, and instead will only do a full head of highlights.When my girlfriend returned home and her hair had dried, we noticed all the roots at the back were not done.After talking to the receptionist, it turns out they charged the full rate for partial highlights, plus toner (total price is $1 cheaper as full head of highlights).To top it off, they offered to have her come back same day, but would have to pay for sectional highlights (additional $55).Experience is sad as she had really enjoyed her first visit, and they had done a great job.

I used to be a happy customer appreciating all hard work they are putting into each hair appointment i had until my last visit.I asked for my usual colour blonde ombre highlights/ balayage and ended up with partial grey tones mixed with copper tones very uneven. I sent them an email asking for them to fix it. Next day, without any extra charge Mindy tried to fix it and promised me over the time will look better once tonner sets in. (This was happening last year around Thanksgiving time. My all family asked me why did I colour my hair to grey with funny tones in between.. it was supposed to be blonde and it was actually colored by Soho Salon. So i had to go there again with the hope of hair colour correction)Due to Covid 19 these days we have more video calls and my family pointed out my hair colour still looks very uneven. I took a recent picture and sent to Soho contact email with initial picture the day coloring took place to show them how unprofessional still looks my colour and no improvement even time has passed as promised.The person who replies their emails ended up lecturing me they are in business so many years and customer satisfaction is priority. I am welcomed to book again and 7 months passed from my last appointment. Seriously?!Before this incident i used to visit them approx. every 6 months (for last 2 years) since my hair roots needs to be colored time to time. I never had this funny hair colour tones before.Passing these many months is not good enough reason to justify the uneven tones on my hair. Why is it so hard to accept the fact quality of the service i received that day was very poor?So instead of providing great customer service this is their way of handling difficult situations.I was not complaining about my own hair roots i am complaining about funny colour tones on my hair which i paid $300 and gets worse every single day.I have always had blonde ombre highlights / balayage and i know with right shampoo you can protect this colour for a very long time.They underestimate the value of loyal customers, today it is me and tomorrow will be someone else. Because simply they don't care.If your hair colour is good, you are lucky but if you have a complaint they won't put any efforts to make it right.You are alone.
