Only one lady in that whole place dose her work and cairs about us. But the rest of them its a joke.I was 3 months clean and they f me they didnt send script and wodent pick up phone when i was calling. They i was 6 months clean and went away for the weekend had script and it was long weekend they dident send my script and would boy pick up the phone again.They made me start using twice. And i endend loosing my job latter becouse of the issiues with them.But the park st location is awsom.Good people there.So switch to park st trust me it worth it.

This morning I was reading about hours of operation since the holiday is approaching when I came across 1 review for this place.....The person who wrote that review can not seriously think these beautiful women working with us helping us have anything to do with them using....Is it just me?...time to be accountable.Anyways.....For my review...This place saved my life not once but twice and it is because of the kindness and warm souls of the individuals who work here putting up with god now's what on any given day! Thank you for all you do and keep Being just the way you are.If your reading this review not everyone that visits this place is like our first reviewer some of us have lives, jobs and children....houses we own, cars and We are your neighbour's...the person cashing your check at the bank or the man or women who is selling you insurance. We have common sense and the ability for greatness we've just been hit with more misfortune then another..please keep that in mind the next time you judge addiction or a facility like this...Everyone has a soul some are just more honest than others.5 star review.

Honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and the amazing women who work here! Me and my fiance started coming here from Cambridge a few days a week as we lived in Cambridge but worked in Kitchener. From the very first time we came here, until now, being a full-time client and resident of Kitchener Waterloo we cannot thank these women enough for there hard work, and all the extra running around, calls,and emails these ladies do for us and do not have to. I cannot believe the first reviewer on here can actually blame others for her use, especially the hardworking women here at king St east! First of all that straight up shows her mentality is still obviously stuck in addict mode, secondly YOU have a CHOICE. No one held a gun to your head and made you do anything. Even if you missed one dose you would be fine enough to get through and get your ass up to call them the next morning. I have gone almost 3 days and not touched anything. Things happen in life and you have to stop blaming others for YOUR actions!

This isnt an ordinary dr office .these ladies deal with so much but yet they Always have a smile !When they truly see someone wants to change they love hearing about it .And have full respect.They are beyond amazing .Only one thing is change is to be able to see a Dr . In person Verses on a computer .OTHERWISE THESE LADIES ROCK !

Regular girls there are awesome and beautiful! Friendly, welcoming, respectful and efficient. Nurse is caring and goes out of their way many times to help us. Got my prescription taken care of even when I couldn’t leave a sample or make my appointment. Also have naloxone here.Pros: amazing staff, wait time, clean clinic, respectful, fast, good doctor, answering calls and calling back.Cons: only open for 3 hours on Saturday and Sunday. The girls that work here have to put up with a LOT of verbal abuse and threats daily because addicts blame everyone but themselves for their problems! Addiction is a horrible disease but we have to respect and appreciate the staff working here because not everyone wants to work at a methadone clinic. Thank you for all the hard work you do ladies!

Women there are super nice to me and really sweet/beautiful! Always ask me how I’m doing and genuinely seem to care. My recovery is going great and it’s all thanks to their amazing work.
