Zoya was very helpful and honest. She made the switch to Fido very straightforward and maybe without realizing it, put me at ease that I made a good choice after being with the other company for years. We visited this location to exchange the modem for a new one, as I was told by costumer service rep that is required. Noor helped so much with the process. Apparently there was no note on our file about modem exchange so Noor had to talk to costumer and technical support to fix the issue. It took as a bit but we went home with improved modem and faster internet. Thank you so much Noor for handling this professionally and going extra mile for us. I was unprepared, but they were patient and gave me time to dig up the account information and ensured that I had a clear understanding of the process from creating the account to transferring my number.
